— Northern CA Sacramento Valley: Winds gusting 30-35 mph late this morning through Tuesday. Strongest winds on Tuesday. Advisories unlikely. I-5, CA-99 impacted.
Mountain:
— Eastern UT; southwest CO; western NM; northeast AZ: Winds gusting 30-35 mph Tuesday afternoon. Advisories unlikely. I-25, I-40, I-70 impacted.
Central:
— Western and central TX; adjacent southeast NM: Slight risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon into tonight with large hail, damaging wind gusts and a possible tornado or two. I-10, I-20, I-35, I-45 potentially impacted.
— Parts of eastern ND, northern MN: Flood warnings continue due to excessive rainfall. Some road in the vicinity of I-29 may be impacted.
— South-central KS: Flood Watch late tonight and Tuesday. Widespread rainfall of 2-4 inches expected. I-35 potentially impacted.
— Central OK and central TX from OK to the Mexican Border: Heavy rains today and tonight with many places seeing 2-4 inches. Slight risk of flash flooding. I-10, I-20, I-35, I-40 potentially impacted.
— Eastern KS; most of MO; central and eastern OK; most of AR; eastern TX; northwest LA: Heavy rains Tuesday and Tuesday night, creating a slight risk of flash flooding. I-10, I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-70 potentially impacted.
— TX along the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Dallas: Isolated severe thunderstorms possible Tuesday with wind damage and large hail. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-45 potentially impacted.
— Southwest MS; southern and eastern AL; FL Panhandle: Heavy rains from a tropical disturbance moving inland. Slight risk of flash flooding today and tonight. I-10, I-20, I-22, I-59, I-59, I-85 potentially impacted.
Eastern:
— Northern and western GA, northwest SC; western and central NC; southwest VA: Heavy rains from a tropical disturbance moving inland. Slight risk of flash flooding today and tonight. I-20, I-26, I-40, I-75, I-81, I-85, I-95 potentially impacted.
