— Western and south-central OR; northern CA extending south to the North Bay area foothills: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Snow accumulations 1-4 inches below 1000 feet, 2-6 inches above 1000 feet and 6-12 inches above 3000 feet. I-5, US-97, US-101, US-395 impacted.
