— Most of western WA, western and south-central OR: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Accumulations will vary from 2-4 inches in lower elevations and around the big cities to 6-18 inches and wind gusts to 35 mph in the mountains. I-5, I-84, I-90, US-101 impacted.
— Northeast OR and adjacent southeast WA Blue Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory above 3500 feet through this evening. 3-6 inches snow and wind gusts to 40 mph. I-84 impacted.
— Southwest coastal OR and northwest CA: High Wind Warnings and Advisories tonight. Gusts to 60 mph. US-101 impacted.
— Southwest and south-central OR; much of northern CA above 2000 feet: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories from tonight through Tuesday morning. In general, expect 6-15 inches snow and wind gusts to 45 mph. Siskiyou and Grants Pass highly impacted. I-5, US-97, US-101, US-395 impacted.
— North-central CA Sacramento Valley: Wind Advisory Monday. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5, I-80, CA-99 impacted.
— CA Sierra Nevada mountains: Winter Storm Warnings this morning trough late tonight, then BLIZZARD WARNINGS late tonight through early Wednesday. Total snow accumulation 3-7 feet. Wind gusts to 70 mph and up to 100 mph along ridge tops. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— West-central NV Reno and Carson City area: Winter Storm Watch Monday afternoon through Tuesday night. 4-8 inches snow, except 8-16 inches above 5000 feet. Wind gusts to 50 mph. I-80 impacted.
— Southern CA Antelope Valley: Wind Advisory this afternoon and evening. Gusts to 45 mph. CA-14, CA-138 impacted.
— Southern CA San Diego County Deserts: Wind Advisory continues through this evening. Gusts to 70 mph. Blowing Dust could suddenly reduce visibility to near-zero. I-8 impacted.

— Northwest MT along and east of the Rocky Mountain Front: High Wind Watch this evening and tonight. Gusts to 60 mph. I-15 impacted.
— South-central MT Livingston area and Beartooth Foothills: Wind Advisory continues though this morning. Gusts 45-60 mph. I-90 impacted.

— Northern TX, including the eastern Panhandle; OK except the southeast portion of the state; KS except western portion of the state: northwest AR; southwest MO: Significant damaging wind event becoming likely this afternoon and evening, especially over much of northern TX, OK and southeast KS.
