Pacific:
— Immediate CA and southern OR Coasts: Low visibility through mid-morning due to coastal fog and low clouds. US-101, CA-1 impacted.
— Northern CA, OR, and WA Coasts: Moderate rainfall late tonight and Monday morning. I-5, US-101 impacted.
— CA Sierra Nevada, northeast CA; northwest NV; southeast and east-central OR: Strong winds late Monday morning through Monday afternoon. Gusts 30-45 mph. I-80, US-20, US-95, US-395 impacted.
Mountain:
— Southwest ID: Strong winds Monday evening. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-84 impacted.
Central:
— Northeast MN: Freeze Watch late tonight through Monday morning. Lows in the mid 20’s deg F.
— MN Arrowhead: Strong winds Monday. Gusts 30-35 mph. I-35 impacted.
— Southwest LA; southern AL: Red Flag (fire danger) Warnings midday today through this evening. Low humidity and warm temperatures. I-10, I-49, I-65, I-85 potentially impacted.
Eastern:
— Upstate NY downwind of Lake Ontario: Flood Watch through Monday morning. Up to 2-4 inches of rain possible in Lake Effect rain bands. I-81 potentially impacted.
— Upstate NY along and north of the NY Thruway: Strong winds today. Gusts 30-35 mph. I-81, I-86, I-87, I-90, NY Thruway impacted.
— Central PA; western MD; northeast WV: Strong winds this morning. Gusts 30-35 mph. I-68, I-76, I-80, I-81, PA Turnpike impacted.
— MI along the Lake Superior and Lake Huron shorelines: Strong winds this afternoon through midday Monday. Gusts 30-40 mph. Strongest winds along the northeast shore, Upper Peninsula. I-75, US-2 impacted.
— East-central WV: Dense Fog likely early Monday morning. I-64, US-219 impacted.
— Portions of southwest FL Peninsula: Dense Fog Advisory through mid-morning. I-75 impacted.
