Pacific:
— Northeast CA; CA Sierra Nevada mountains and adjacent west-central NV: Flood Watches starting Thursday afternoon for snowmelt due to rising temperatures . I-80, US-50, US-395 potentially impacted.
Mountain:
— Central MT Littlebelt and Highwood Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory for Thursday. Snow accumulations up to 6 inches and wind gusts to 45 mph.
— South-central WY; central and western CO: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through midday today. Additional snow accumulations around 1-3 inches on I-80 and 2-5 inches on I-25 just east of the Front Range. Snow accumulations will range from 8 inches to 2 feet in the CO mountains. I-25, I-70, I-80 impacted.
— East-central ID; most of MT east of the Rockies; most of WY: Strong winds Thursday afternoon and evening. Wind gusts 30-45 mph. Winds will spread from the north to the south, and into UT and CO by Thursday night. I-15, I-25, I-80, I-90, I-94 impacted.
Central:
— Eastern ND and adjacent west-central MN: FLOOD WARNINGS continue. Flooding from snowmelt occurring in much of the Red River Valley. Numerous roads closed. I-29, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Central, north-central, northeast TX, and adjacent OK, AR, LA: Severe storms producing damaging winds. very large hail and a few tornadoes are expected this afternoon and evening. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-45, I-49 potentially impacted.
— Central and eastern OK; most of AR; northeast TX; northwest LA: Slight risk of Flash Flooding today and tonight. 1-2 inches of rainfall will be common in many areas. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-49 potentially impacted.
— Southern LA; southern MS; southern AL and adjacent southwest GA; FL Panhandle: Scattered severe storms are expected Thursday. Damaging gusts, large hail, and a few tornadoes will all be possible. I-10, I-49, I-55, I-59, I-65 potentially impacted.
— Southeast LA; southern MS; southern AL; FL Panhandle: Slight risk of Flash Flooding Thursday and Thursday night due to heavy rains. 2-3 inches of rain will be common. Some of this rain will fall at a rate of 2-3 inches per hour. I-10, I-49, I-55, I-59, I-65 potentially impacted.
— Much of central TX: Scattered severe storms may produce damaging hail Friday afternoon and evening. I-10, I-20, I-35 potentially impacted.
Eastern:
— Much of the FL Peninsula: Isolated severe thunderstorms producing very large hail and damaging winds gusts are possible this evening. I-4, I-75, I-95 potentially impacted.
