Weather Impacts Pacific Time Zone:

Western WA and northwest OR: Flood Watches Sunday night through Thursday night. A prolonged atmospheric river is expected to bring periods of heavy rain to the Pacific Northwest Monday through Wednesday, with periods of lighter rain continuing Thursday into Friday 1-3 inches of rain likely by Monday morning and up to a foot of rain in many locations by the end of next week. I-5, I-84, I-90, US-2, US-12, US-20, US-26, US-30, US-101 impacted.

WA Cascades: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories this evening into Sunday night. 10-18 inches snow expected at Stevens Pass (US-2) and White Pass (US-12). Wind gusts to 30 mph. Snow levels 3500-4500 feet, then rising Sunday night. US-2, US-12 impacted.

Central, south-central and southeast WA; northwest ID; north-central OR: High Wind Warnings (central WA) and Advisories continue early this morning. Wind gusts 50-65 mph. I-82, I-84, I-90, US-2, US-12, US-26, US-95, US-97, US-395 impacted.

— Northeast OR Blue Mountains: Wind Advisory through early this afternoon. Wind gusts to 45 mph. OR-82 impacted.

— Northeast NV: Strong winds this morning. Wind gusts 35-45 mph. I-80 impacted.

— Central CA: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today for central San Joaquin Valley west of I-5. CA-152, CA-198 impacted.

— Central CA San Francisco East Bay; Monterey Bay: Coastal Flood Advisories through Sunday. Up to 1-2 feet of inundation above ground level is possible in low lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.

Weather Impacts Mountain Time Zone:

Most of central and northern ID; ; western and central MT; western WY; north-central WY (Big Horn Range); southeast ID: A combination of Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through this afternoon. An additional 2-12 inches of snow expected, with a foot of snow on the higher passes. Wind gusts 35-50 mph. I-15, I-80, I-84, I-90, US-2, US-12, US-14, US-16, US-20, US-26, US-30, US-89, US-91, US-189, US-191, US-212, US-287 impacted.

North-central and central UT: Winter Storm Warnings continue into early Sunday morning. 1-2 feet of snow expected. I-15, I-70, I-80, I-84, US-6, US-40, US-89, US-189 impacted.

North-central and northeast MT: Winter Weather Advisories continue through midday today. Additional snow accumulations up to 2 inches expected. Wind gusts to 35 mph. I-94, US-2, US-87 impacted.

Southeast and south-central WY: High Wind Warnings continue today. Wind gusts 65-70 mph. I-25, I-80, US-30, US-85, US-287 impacted.

South-central WY; much of north-central and central CO: Winter Storm Warnings (WY) and Advisories continue into to night. Snow amounts will range from 8 inches to 2 feet. Wind gusts 35-65 mph. I-70, I-80, US-24, US-34, US-40, US-50, US-285 impacted.

North-central and central NM: Wind Advisories through this afternoon. Wind gusts to 55 mph. I-40, US-54, US-60, US-64, US-285 impacted.

Southeast NM and adjacent west TX Guadalupe Mountains: High Wind Warning this afternoon and evening. Wind gusts to 60 mph. US-62 impacted.

Weather Impacts Central Time Zone:

Western and central ND; north-central SD: Snow today moves from northwest to southeast across this region. 1-3 inches accumulation likely. I-94, US-2, US-12, US-83, US-85 impacted.

Much of eastern SD; southern MN; northeast NE; much of IA; southern WI; northern and central IL: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today and tonight. 2-7 inches of snow likely; heaviest amounts in northern IA. South of I-80, snow may mix with sleet and freezing rain. 1-2 inches of accumulation expected. I-29, I-35, I-39, I-41, I-43, I-55, I-57, I-70, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94 impacted.

— Western NE: Strong winds this afternoon. Wind gusts to 35 mph. I-80, US-20, US-26, US-385 impacted.

— Much of central and eastern OK; north-central TX; southeast KS; southwest MO; central and northern AR: Dense Fog and Freezing Fog Advisories through late this morning. Fog most dense and persistent in OK. I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-57 impacted.

— Portions of southwest TX Panhandle and west TX around and north of the I-10/I-20 split: Strong winds this afternoon. Wind gusts to 35 mph. I-10, I-20, I-27, US-60, US-62, US-84 impacted.

Weather Impacts Eastern Time Zone:

— Southern CT; Long Island and the greater NYC region; northeast, central and southern NJ; northern and central DE; MD Eastern Short; parts of central and south-central VA; central NC; Upstate SC: Freezing Fog and Freezing Drizzle early this morning may lead to icy roads where untreated. I-26, I-40, I-64, I-73, I-77, I-85, I-95, I-495 (Long Island), US-9, US-13, US-15, US-17, US-29, US-30, US-40, US-50, US-58, US-301, NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway impacted.

— Much of the FL Peninsula: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-4, I-10, I-75, I-90 impacted.
