— Southeast WA and northeast OR Blue Mountains: Snow this morning. Snow levels 5000 feet. 2-5 inches of snow at these higher elevations. I-84 should have no impacts.

— Southwest WA just east of Vancouver WA: Strong winds eastern Columbia River Gorge tonight and early Saturday. Wind gusts to 45 mph. I-84 impacted.

— CA Sacramento Valley; San Francisco East Bay and Delta Regions; San Joaquin Valley: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today from Redding to Bakersfield. Major highways impacted include I-5, I-80, CA-99.

— Southern CA Greater Los Angeles Area southward to Camp Pendelton: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-5, I-10, I-105, I-405, I-605, I-110, I-710, US-101, CA-1 impacted.

— Southwest ID Treasure Valley; adjacent east-central OR: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-84, US-20, US-26, US-95 impacted.

— Much of central and northern ID; most of MT; northeast WY: A combination of Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today and tonight. Strong winds and heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations will range between 2-4 inches in the valleys and on the eastern Plains, to 4-8 inches in the Mountains. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. I-15, I-25, I-90, I-94, US-2, US-12, US-14, US-16, US-18, US-87, US-89, US-93, US-191, US-212, US-287 impacted.

— Most of WY: Snow develops late this afternoon and continues through early Saturday morning. Snow accumulations will range from 1-2 inches in the valley to 2-5 inches on the higher passes. I-25, I-80, US-14, US-16, US-20, US-26, US-30, US-85, US-89, US-191, US-287 impacted.

— South-central and southeast ID: Strong winds this afternoon. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-84, I-86, US-93 impacted.

— Southeastern NM and adjacent west TX Guadalupe Mountains: High Wind Watch Saturday evening through Sunday morning. Wind gusts to 65 mph. US-62 impacted.

— Central SD; central NE; central KS; western OK; northern and western TX: Strong winds this afternoon. Wind gusts 25-40 mph. I-10, I-20, I-27, I-35, I-40, I-70, I-80, I-90 impacted.

— Western and south-central SD; ND; KS; central and western OK; TX Panhandle; southern MO: Strong winds Saturday. Wind gusts 35-50 mph. I-27, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-70, I-80, I-90 impacted.

Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will lead to areas of blowing snow. I-75, US-2, US-23, US-31, US-41 impacted.

— Much of western and central MI Lower Peninsula; northern and central IN; northwest OH: Winter Storm Watches late tonight through Sunday afternoon. Heavy snow. 2-6 inches in the southern portions and up to 7-12 inches elsewhere. I-65, I-69, I-70, I-74, I-80, I-90, I-94, I-96, US-12, US-24, US-27, US-30, US-31, US-36, US-41, US-127, US-131, IN Toll Road, OH Turnpike impacted.

— Northeast OH; northwest and north-central PA; southwest and west-central NY downwind of Lake Erie: Lake Effect Snow Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories continue through early tonight. Heavy lake effect snow occurring. Additional snow accumulations will range from 3 to 5 inches in OH to 10-20 inches in NY in the most persistent snow bands. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. I-71, I-76, I-77, I-79, I-80, I-86, I-90, OH Turnpike, NY Thruway impacted.

— Western, central and northern NY downwind of Lake Ontario: Lake Effect Snow Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories continue through early Saturday morning. Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 and 16 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow. I-81, I-88, I-90, US-11, US-20, NY Thruway impacted.

— Eastern NY; northwest MA; VT; central and northern NH; interior ME: Snow showers today. 1-4 inches expected. Snow continues well into the night across northern VT. I-87, I-88, I-89, I-90, I-91, I-93, I-95, NY Thruway impacted.

— Northwest MA and adjacent eastern NY, east of Albany: Winter Weather Advisory this morning through late this evening. Snow. 2-5 inches expected. Wind gusts to 40 mph. US-7 impacted.

— Central and parts of eastern PA; western MD; eastern WV; west-central and southwest VA; northwest NC: Strong winds through this afternoon. Wind gusts to 40 mph except gusts to 50 mph across the higher terrain in WV and NC. I-26, I-64, I-68, I-70, I-76, I-77, I-78, I-80, I-81, I-84, I-99, PA Turnpike impacted.
