Pacific:

— South-central and southeast OR: Strong winds Sunday afternoon. Gusts 30-40 mph. US-20, US-95, US-395 impacted.

— Northeast and east-central CA, and adjacent west-central NV: Flood Watches from this afternoon through Monday morning. Low water crossings may be flooded.

Northwest NV Humboldt County: Wind Advisory this afternoon. Gusts to 50 mph. I-80 impacted.

Mountain:

— Much of north-central and northeast MT: Flood Advisories through Monday evening from a combination of rain and snowmelt. Some roadways and low water crossings may be flooded.

Central WY Wind River Basin: Winter Weather Advisory this morning. Total snow accumulations 2-4 inches. US-20, US-26, US-287 impacted.

Central and western CO above 9000 feet: Winter Weather Advisories continue through this morning. An additional couple of inches of snow possible. I-70 impacted.

— South-central CO and northeast NM: Strong winds this afternoon. Gusts 35-45 mph. I-25 impacted.

— Parts of central and southeast NM: Red Flag Warnings and strong winds midday today through this evening. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-25, I-40 impacted.

Central:

— Much of central and south-central ND: FLOOD WARNINGS continue today. Flooding from warm temperatures and snowmelt occurring in much of the James River Valley. Numerous roads closed. I-94 potentially impacted.

— Southeast ND; adjacent west-central MN: FLOOD WARNINGS until further notice. Flooding from warm temperatures and snowmelt occurring in much of the Red River Valley. Numerous roads closed. I-29 potentially impacted.

— East-central and northeast MN; northwest WI: Flood Advisories through Monday due to snowmelt. I-35 potentially impacted.

Western WI; western MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Storm Watch Sunday evening through Monday morning. 4-7 inches snow. Wind gusts to 45 mph. I-90, I-94 impacted.

Central and south-central MN; central and north-central IA: Wet snow Sunday. 1-4 inches accumulation possible. I-35, I-90, I-94 impacted.

Southeast IA; most of MO; most of western IL; AR; far-west TN; eastern TX; LA; western and coastal MS: Significant severe weather outbreak possible this evening into tonight. Severe thunderstorms capable of large to very large hail, tornadoes, and damaging gusts are expected. Missouri and Arkansas are at greatest risk from these severe storms. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-22, I-30, I-40, I-44, I-45, I-49, I-55, I-57, I-59, I-64, I-70, I-72, I-74, I-80 potentially impacted.

Central and southern MN; eastern SD; eastern NE; eastern KS; IA; most of MO; northern and central IL: High winds Sunday spreading west to east across this region. Strongest winds will be across eastern NE and most of IA. Wind gusts 35-55 mph. I-29, I-35, I-39, I-44, I-55, I-57, I-70, I-72, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94 impacted.

— South-central TN; central and northern AL: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-20, I-22, I-24, I-40, I-59, I-65 impacted.

Southeast LA; coastal MS: Flood Watch through Sunday morning. 1-3 inches of rainfall generally expected. Some locations may see as much as 4 inches of rain. I-10, I-12, I-55, I-59, US-90 impacted.

Eastern:

— Most of IN and OH: Strong winds Sunday afternoon. Gusts to 40 mph. I-64, I-65, I-69, I-70, I-71, I-74, I-75, I-76, I-77, I-80, I-90, OH Turnpike, IN Toll Road impacted.

MI Lower Peninsula; OH; WV; eastern KY; western VA; central and western NC; SC; GA; FL: Marginally severe thunderstorms with potentially damaging winds and hail are possible across much of the east Sunday afternoon and evening.
