— CA north-central Sierra Nevada. Snow Thursday and Thursday night 3-6 inches possible at pass level. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— Northeast, east-central and central NV: Wind Advisories late this morning through late this evening. Gusts to 45 mph. I-80, US-6, US-50, US-93, US-95 impacted.
— Southern CA San Bernardino Mountains above 6500 feet: Winter Weather Advisory late tonight through Thursday evening. 4-8 inches snow and wind gusts to 50 mph.
— Southern CA Salton Sea and Imperial Valley: Wind Advisory tonight. Wind gusts 40-50 mph. I-8 impacted.
Mountain:
— Portions of west-central, central and southeast ID: Flood Advisories and Watches due to snowmelt. I-15 potentially impacted.
— Northwest CO and adjacent south-central WY: Flood Watches for snowmelt. US-40 potentially impacted.
— Southwest UT; northern AZ along and to the north of the I-40 corridor: Strong Winds this afternoon. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-15, I-17, I-40 impacted.
— Western and central UT: Strong winds Thursday afternoon. Wind gusts to 35 mph. I-15, I-70 impacted.
— East-central AZ and west-central NM: Strong winds Thursday afternoon. Gusts 30-35 mph. I-40 impacted.
— Northeast, east-central and central NM: Strong winds today and Thursday. Wind gusts to 40 mph both days. I-25, I-40 impacted.
— Southeast CO and southwest KS; eastern NM; TX and OK Panhandles; west TX: Strong thunderstorms later this afternoon and evening may approach severe levels and contain damaging wind gusts and hail. I-10, I-20, I-27, I-40 potentially impacted.

— West-central and west TX along the I-20 corridor: Strong winds Thursday afternoon and evening. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-20 impacted.
— TN: Slight risk of Flash Flooding Friday and Friday night. Rainfall rates could reach 1.5 to 2 inches per hour with multiple lines of showers and thunderstorms. I-24, I-26, I-40, I-75, I-81 potentially impacted.

— Central and western MI Upper Peninsula: Flood Watch continues due to a combination of rainfall and snowmelt. US-2, US-41, MI-28 impacted.
— Eastern WV higher terrain; far-western MD; south-central PA: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue this morning. 2-6 inches snow accumulation possible. Wind gusts to 45 mph. I-68, I-76, US-219, PA Turnpike impacted.
— East-central and southeast WV; west-central and southwest VA: Strong winds today and this evening. Gusts 35-40 mph. I-64, I-77, I-81 impacted.
