  • Some strong to possibly severe thunderstorms along the Gulf Coast and for Florida early next week.
  • Strong winds for the South and Eastern third of the County next Tuesday and Wednesday.

  • Severe thunderstorms with possible tornadoes across southeast Texas today; severe threat moves into the Deep South Friday and Saturday.
  • Significant, long-duration winter storms move into the Pacific Northwest and through much of the Rockies starting today and continuing through the weekend. Heavy snow and strong winds.
  • Heavy rain along the Gulf Coast. Rain also for the Southern Plains into the Mid-Mississippi Valley; Iowa could see some freezing rain tonight and Friday morning.
