I-8, I-10, I-11, I-15, I-40, I-80 impacted.

— Northern and central California, plus Southern California’s inland coast, valleys, mountains, and deserts: Extreme Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories today, with warnings continuing Monday in the central valleys and Mojave Desert; highs reach 115 degrees in the southern deserts. San Jose and Joshua Tree, Lassen Volcanic, and Pinnacles National Parks are included. I-5, I-8, I-10, I-15, US-395, CA-14, CA-18, CA-46, CA-49 impacted.

— California’s San Francisco, San Pablo, and Monterey Bay shores, and the Santa Barbara through Los Angeles coast: Coastal Flood Advisories today through Thursday in the north and Monday evening through Wednesday night in Southern California. Inundation up to 1.6 feet above ground may cover low-lying roads around the northern bays, while evening high tides peaking around 8 to 10 p.m. may flood vulnerable coastal access and parking areas farther south.

Also south-central Arizona, Grand Canyon National Park below 4000 feet, and northwestern New Mexico today: Extreme Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories bring dangerous heat, with temperatures reaching 110 to 115 degrees at Phantom Ranch in Grand Canyon National Park, 109 to 112 degrees in Phoenix, and 95 to 102 degrees in Denver. I-8, I-10, I-15, I-17, I-80, I-84 impacted.

— Southern Arizona: Isolated severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts are possible today. I-8, I-10, I-17, I-19, US-60, US-70, US-89, US-93, US-191 potentially impacted.
