— South-central and southwestern Utah and western and central Arizona: Flash flooding is possible Sunday as increasing thunderstorms produce rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour where cells stall, merge, or train. — Southern Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, and Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument: Extreme Heat Warnings today, with temperatures 104 to 112 degrees. The heat may make daytime travel and outdoor stops more difficult. I-8, I-10, I-17, I-19, US-60, US-70, US-191 impacted.

— Central and southeast Arizona: Flood Watches today and Sunday across central Arizona and today through Monday across southern Arizona. Stronger storms may produce more than 1 inch of rain per hour and isolated totals of 1 to 3 inches, while training storms could produce more than 2 inches and flood urban roads, dry washes, and low-water crossings. I-8, I-10, I-17, I-19, I-40, US-60, US-70, US-93 potentially impacted.

— Central and eastern Arizona: Flash flooding is possible Monday as repeated rainfall increases soil saturation and runoff, raising the risk of flooded roads and low crossings. I-10, I-17, I-19, I-40, US-60, US-70, US-89, US-93, US-160, US-180, US-191 potentially impacted.

— A small portion of west-central Minnesota: A Flood Advisory continues through 10:45 a.m. today, with minor flooding ongoing or expected in low-lying and poor-drainage areas. US-10, US-59 may be impacted.

— Southern Minnesota and adjacent northern Iowa, and northern and central Wisconsin: Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible Monday afternoon. I-35, I-35E, I-35W, I-39, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.

— Central Michigan Upper Peninsula: Patchy dense fog this morning may reduce visibility to one-quarter mile or less, with abrupt visibility changes over short distances. US-2, US-41 impacted.

— Inland southeast Georgia and northeast Florida: Patchy dense fog through sunrise may reduce visibility below one-half mile, with conditions improving between 8 and 9 a.m. today. I-10, I-75, I-95, US-1, US-17, US-23, US-25, US-27 impacted.
