RV Weather Impacts through Monday May 13th

Big Weather Picture for this coming weekend and next week:

  • Several days of severe weather is possible across the central US, beginning Tuesday and lasting through the end of the week. All severe weather hazards will be possible.
  • Much of the central US is under the risk for heavier precipitation through the first few days of May, which may lead to a flash flooding risk.
  • Expect relatively wetter-than-normal precipitation combined with above-average warmth as we head into the first half of May across much of the country, albeit some areas may be cooler and drier.

Extended outlooks are more general in nature and higher level than the daily short term forecasts. Beyond a week, there is often significant uncertainty in the exact timing, location and intensity of specific weather events.
