Weather Impacts Pacific Time Zone:

— Northwest Washington, I-5 and I-90. Flood Watch beginning this afternoon through Friday evening. Heavy rain may lead to flooding and rising rivers.

— Western Washington, I-5 and I-90 near Seattle and Snoqualmie River. Flood Warning through Thursday morning with high water in low-lying areas and possible roadway impacts.

— Southern California, I-5, I-10, I-15, I-8. Extreme Heat Warning through Friday night, expanding into the weekend across desert corridors. Temperatures 96–110°F. Dangerous heat exposure for travelers, especially in inland valleys and desert routes.

— Southern California and Central Coast, including I-5 and I-80 corridors. Heat Advisory through Friday night. Temperatures in the 80s to mid 90s. Elevated heat stress, especially for those without cooling.

— Nevada, and inland California including I-10, I-15, I-40. Extreme Heat Warning and Advisories beginning this afternoon through Sunday night. Temperatures near or above 100°F with major heat risk impacting desert travel.

Weather Impacts Mountain Time Zone:

— Western Montana along I-90. Flood Watch through late evening. Rising streams and creeks may impact travel in mountain valleys.

— Montana I-90 corridor. Wind Advisory through late tonight with gusts up to 65 mph. Difficult travel conditions, especially for RVs and trailers.

— Wyoming (I-80 at Sherman Summit) and Montana (I-15). High Wind Warnings through late evening and tonight. Gusts 65–75 mph creating hazardous crosswinds for high-profile vehicles.

— Wyoming, Colorado, far-western Nebraska & South Dakota corridors including I-25, I-80, I-90, I-76. Red Flag (fire danger) Warnings through this evening and extending into Saturday in some areas. Dry winds and wildfire risk; fire starts could spread rapidly near roadways. Wind gusts 35-40 mph.

— Arizona including I-8, I-10, I-40. Extreme Heat Warning beginning this afternoon through Sunday night. Temperatures near or above 100°F with major heat risk impacting desert travel.

Weather Impacts Central Time Zone:

— Eastern North Dakota (I-29, I-94). Patchy Dense fog reducing visibility through late this morning.

— Northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin along I-35. Light freezing drizzle may create slick roads and slower travel through late this morning.

— Eastern Wisconsin (I-39, I-41, I-43, I-90). Light freezing drizzle or freezing rain may create icy road conditions tonight.

— Parts of Nebraska and South Dakota including I-80, I-90. Red Flag (fire danger) Warning beginning midday today through this evening or into Saturday. Dry winds and wildfire risk affecting roadside conditions. Wind gusts to 35 mph.

Weather Impacts Eastern Time Zone:

— Southern Michigan (I-69, I-94, I-96). Light freezing rain or freezing drizzle possible Thursday morning.

— Central Indiana (I-65, I-69, I-70). Some light snow early this morning may create a few slick spots on the highways.
