- High Wind Warnings and Watches: Strong to damaging winds may create difficult driving conditions for high-profile vehicles across southeast Wyoming and adjacent High Plains areas this morning through Thursday.

Weather Impacts Pacific Time Zone:
— Portions of western WA along the I-5 corridor north to Everett: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-5, US-101 impacted.
— Northeast OR Blue Mountains: Wind Advisory through this afternoon. Wind gusts to 45 mph. I-84 impacted.
— Northern CA coast: Coastal Flood Watches from Thursday morning through Saturday afternoon. High astronomical tides and large surf may cause moderate to major flooding in low lying areas. Up to one foot of saltwater inundation above ground level is possible in low lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. Several coastal roads may be closed. Low lying property and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. US-101 potentially impacted.
— Northern CA I-5 Corridor Shasta Valley: High Wind Watch Friday morning through late Friday night. Wind gusts to 60 mph. I-5 impacted.
— Northern CA: Winter Storm Watch Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Heavy snow possible above 5000 Feet. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet possible. South winds could gust as high as 60 mph over high and exposed terrain. Snow levels will be very high Thursday into Friday. Snow levels are then forecast to fall from around 6500 feet to around 4500 feet between Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon. Snow levels will be lowest on Saturday night and Sunday. US-97, CA-3, CA-89, CA-96 impacted.
— CA Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Storm Watches Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. Heavy snow possible. Accumulations may range from 1 to 3 feet above 5500 feet. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Snow accumulations remain above pass level through Friday afternoon, then drop to 5500 to 6500 feet late Friday night into Saturday. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— Central CA southern Sacramento Valley, portions of East San Francisco Bay, and thel San Joaquin Valley: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today. I-5, I-80, I-505, I-580, I-680, CA-4, CA-12, CA-16, CA-33, CA-99, CA-132, CA-145, CA-152, CA-165 impacted.
— Central and southern CA, most of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties: Wind Advisory this afternoon through Thursday afternoon. Wind gusts 35-45 mph. US-101, CA-1, CA-166 impacted.
— Southern CA I-5 Grapevine (Tejon Pass): Wind Advisory through this evening. Wind gusts to 60 mph. I-5 impacted.
— Southern CA Mojave Desert Slopes and Tehachapi, including Edwards AFB: Flood Watch this evening through Thursday evening. A very warm Pacific storm for this time of year, will move onshore, producing rainfall into the mountains and deserts of southern and eastern Kern County. Expect 1-3 inches of rain in the valleys and up to 2-5 inches of rain on south-facing mountain slopes. US-395, CA-14, CA-58 impacted.
— Southern CA Greater Los Angeles Basin: Flood Watches this evening through Thursday evening. A strong winter storm will bring moderate to heavy rainfall to the area tonight and Thursday. Given the antecedent conditions from last week’s rain, the forecast rainfall totals and intensities could generate some significant impacts. Expect 1-3 inches of rain in the valleys and up to 2-5 inches of rain on south-facing mountain slopes. I-5, I-10, I-15, US-101, all Los Angeles Freeways impacted.

— Southeast WY: High Wind Warnings and Watches this morning. Wind gusts 55-65 mph. I-25, I-80, US-287 impacted.
— Central and southeast WY: Episodic strong winds Thursday, continuing into early next week. Wind gusts 35-55 mph. I-25, I-80, US-20, I-26, US-287 impacted.
— Southern and southeast ID; western and south-central WY; central and northern UT; southwest, central and north-central CO: Snow develops early Thursday morning across UT, then spreads north and east Thursday into Friday. Snow levels mostly 7000-8000 feet. 2-6 inches across the higher passes. I-15, I-70,I-80, US-6, US-26, US-40, U-50, US-89 impacted.
— North-central and central NM: Strong winds Thursday and Friday. Wind gusts 35-50 mph. Strongest winds east of Albuquerque on I-40. I-25, I-40, US-54, US-60, US-64, US-70, US-84, US-285 impacted.
— Portions of southeast NM: Freezing Fog Advisory this morning. US-62, US-82, US-285 impacted.
— Southeast NM and adjacent southwest TX Guadalupe Mountains: High Wind Watch Thursday. Wind gusts to 65 mph. US-62 impacted.

— MN Arrowhead: Cold Weather Advisory tonight and Thursday morning. Wind Chill values -40 to -45°F.
— Central and southeast MN; west-central and southern WI; northern IL: A band of snow moves southeastward along and south of the I-94 corridor today. Snow accumulations around an inch. I-35, I-39, I-41, I-80, I-88, I-94, I-94 impacted.

— Northwest MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisory this morning and early afternoon. Lake effect snow. Up to 2 inches accumulation. US-41, US-45 impacted.
— Eastern MI Upper Peninsula; northwest MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through Thursday evening. Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches, with locally higher totals up to 12 inches possible through tonight. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will lead to instances of blowing and drifting snow. I-75, US-2, US-23, US-31, US-131 impacted.
— Western MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories through early Thursday morning. Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. I-94, I-96, I-196, US-31, US-131 impacted.
— Much of central and northern IN; northwest OH: Light snow will overspread the area this afternoon and persist into the evening. Snow accumulations should range from 1 to 4 inches by midnight. I-65, I-69, I-70, I-74, I-80, I-90, US-24, US-27, US-30, US-31, US-35, OH Turnpike, IN Toll Road impacted.
— Central OH: Winter Weather Advisory through late this morning. A light glaze of ice due to freezing drizzle. I-70, I-71, I-75 impacted.
— Northeast OH; northwest PA; western NY downwind of Lakes Erie and Ontario: Winter Storm and Lake Effect Snow Warnings, and Winter Weather Advisories continue through Saturday morning. Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations will range from 8-15 inches in northwest PA to 1 to 3 feet downwind of Lake Ontario. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will create blowing and drifting snow along with whiteout conditions at times. I-71, I-76 (OH), I-79, I-81, I-86, I-90, US-6, US-11, US-20, US-219, OH Turnpike, NY Thruway impacted.
— Eastern OH; western and central PA, west of I-99; western MD; much of WV: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories midday today through Thursday morning. Snow accumulations will range from 3-5 inches in eastern OH and western PA to 5-10 inches in the mountains. Wind gusts to 45 mph. I-68, I-70, I-71, I-76, I-77, I-79, I-80, I-90, US-22, US-30, US-40, US-48, US-50, US-219, PA & OH Turnpikes impacted.
— Much of central and northern PA; northern NJ; eastern NY; much of New England: Snow this evening and tonight. Accumulations 1-2 inches across PA, NJ and NY, and 1-3 inches across New England. I-76, I-78, I-80, I-81, I-84, I-87, I-88, I-89, I-90, I-91, I-93, I-95, I-99, Mass, PA, and NJ Turnpikes, NY Thruway impacted.
— North-central NY: Winter Weather Advisory this afternoon and tonight. Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches. US-11 impacted.
— Central NY between Utica and Schenectady: Winter Weather Advisory this morning. Lake effect snow expected. Additional snow accumulation between 2 and 4 inches. A band of lake effect snow will slowly lift northward through mid morning, impacting the Thruway corridor at times during this time. The band will lift north of the Thruway later this morning. I-90, NY Thruway impacted.
— Cape Cod MA: Winter Weather Advisory this evening through Thursday afternoon. Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. US-6 impacted.
— Downeast ME: Winter Storm Watch late tonight through Thursday evening. Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations greater than 6 inches. US-1 impacted.
