Weather Impacts Pacific Time Zone:
— Western WA and western OR: Wind Advisories Wednesday. Wind gusts to 55 mph. I-5, I-84, I-90 impacted.
— North-central WA: Winter Weather Advisories this evening through Wednesday afternoon. 2-5 inches snow expected. WA-20 impacted.
— WA Cascades: Snow today. Snow levels 2000 feet, rising to 2500 feet by early Wednesday morning. Up to 2 inches snow Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and 2-4 inches on Stevens Pass (US-2). I-90, US-2 impacted.
— South-central OR and northeast CA: High Wind Warning this afternoon through Wednesday morning. Wind gusts to 70 mph. Expect another round of high winds Wednesday night into Thursday. US-97, US-395, CA-139 impacted.
— Northern CA I-5 corridor Shasta Valley: High Wind Warning this afternoon through Wednesday morning. Wind gusts to 60 mph. Expect another round of high winds Wednesday night into Thursday. I-5, US-97 impacted.
— OR Southern Cascades; much of northern and northeast CA: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories (OR) through Friday. Heavy snow possible above 4500 feet in Siskiyou County. Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 feet possible, except up to 5 feet in the high terrain well above 4500 feet. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph over high and exposed terrain. The snow level will begin near 5000 feet this morning, but quickly rise to 7000 feet. Snow levels will fall to around 5000 feet Wednesday then to around 4000 feet Thursday night into Friday. I-5, US-97, US-395, CA-3, CA-36, CA-44, CA-70, CA-89, CA-96, CA-139, CA-299 impacted.
— Almost all of CA; southern NV; northwest and west-central AZ: Flood Watches continue through Friday. 3-7 inches of rain have already fallen over parts of Northern CA. An additional 5-8 inches of rain may fall over parts of northern CA. Heavy rain moved into southern CA by Wednesday. 4-8 inches of rain may fall in the mountains by Friday. Rainfall amounts of 1-4 inches will be common throughout the state. DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING is likely Wednesday in southern CA. Thunderstorms with marginally severe wind gusts, hail and potentially a brief tornado will be possible on Wednesday into Wednesday night.
— Coastal CA; Sacramento Valley and Delta Region; northern San Joaquin Valley; Mojave Desert Slopes: High Wind Warnings, Watches, and Advisories this afternoon through Friday afternoon. Wind gusts 45-70 mph. Dangerously high winds on the I-5 Grapevine (Tejon Pass) north of Los Angeles.
— CA Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Storm Warnings this evening through Friday evening. Heavy snow expected. Accumulations up to a foot between 4500 to 5500 feet. 4 to 8 feet, with locally higher amounts above 5500 feet. Wind gusts up to 60 mph. Snow accumulations will remain near or above pass level today, then drop to around 4500 to 5500 feet during the day Wednesday through Friday. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour at times. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— Much of central and southern NV: Wind Advisories this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. Wind gusts to 50 mph. US-6, US-50, US-93, US-95 impacted.
Weather Impacts Mountain Time Zone:
— Central ID; adjacent west-central MT: Winter Weather Advisory through midday today. Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze for lower elevations. Mountain passes will see 2 to 4 inches of new snow. US-12, US-93 impacted.
— Southwest ID: Wind Advisory Wednesday morning and afternoon. Wind gusts to 50 mph. US-93 impacted.
— Southwest MT Madison River Valley: High Wind Warning late tonight through Wednesday evening. Wind gusts to 65 mph. US-287 impacted.
— Much of southwest and south-central MT; central, south-central and southwest WY: Strong winds Wednesday. Wind gusts 35-50 mph. I-15, I-25, I-80, US-20, US-26, US-89, US-191, US-212, US-287 impacted.
— Portions of northeast, south-central and southwest UT: Winter Weather Advisories Wednesday into Thursday night. Snow expected above 8500 feet. Total snow accumulations 6 to 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Minimal if any impacts to I-15, US-89.
— Northwest and west-central AZ: Flood Watch late tonight through late Wednesday night. An inch or two of rainfall is possible. Low-water crossings may be flooded. I-40, US-93 potentially impacted.
— Northwest and west-central AZ: Wind Advisory Wednesday through Thursday evening. Wind gusts to 50 mph. I-40, US-93 impacted.

— South-central and southeast KS; adjacent west-central MO: Dense Fog Advisories through late this morning. I-35, I-135, I-70 impacted.

— Much of central and southern ME; central and northern NH; higher terrain in VT; far-western MA: Winter Storm Warnings (Portland to Bangor) and Advisories this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. 3-6 except 6-12 inches across south-central and southwest ME. I-89, I-90, I-91, I-93, I-95, US-1, Mass Pike impacted.
— Much of northern, central and southeast NY (north of NYC); much of central and eastern PA, north of I-78; northern NJ; southwest CT: Winter Weather Advisories through this afternoon. Mixed precipitation. Snow accumulations will range from an inch or less in the southern portions of this region to 3-6 inches in the Adirondack mountains. A glaze of ice may accompany the snow. I-70, I-76, I-78, I-80, I-81, I-84, I-86, I-87, I-88, I-90, I-95 (CT), I-99, PA Turnpike, NY Thruway impacted.
— Central and south-central PA; far-western MD; northeast and east-central WV: Strong winds today. Wind gusts 30-45 mph. I-64, I-68, I-70, I-76, I-99, US-22, US-30, US-33, US-50, US-250 impacted.
