- Winter Storm Watches Friday through Saturday morning: Heavy mixed precipitation with snow, sleet, and icing may significantly impact travel across parts of Pennsylvania, far-west Maryland, New York southern-tier and lower Hudson Valley, New Jersey, and southern New England late Friday into early Saturday.

— WA Cascade Mountains: Winter Weather Advisories late tonight into Friday night. Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 to 12 inches. Snow levels will be around 2500 ft Friday morning and will decrease below 1000 ft Friday evening. Up to a foot of snow may fall on Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) Friday and Friday night. I-90, US-2, US-12 impacted.
— Much of east-central WA: Dense Fog Advisories early this morning. I-90, US-2, US-395 impacted.
— Southeast WA and northeast OR Blue Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory late tonight through Saturday morning. Snow expected. Total snow accumulations to 3 to 9 inches. 2-4 inches snow on Deadman Pass (I-84) by midday Saturday. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. I-84 impacted.
— OR Cascade Mountains: Winter Weather Advisories late tonight through Saturday afternoon. Snow expected above 4000 ft in the northern Cascades and 4500 feet in the southern Cascades. Total snow accumulations up to 11 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. I-5, US-20, US-26 impacted.
— Most of southwest and south-central OR; northern CA, including the I-5 corridor in Shasta Valley; northwest coastal CA: High Wind Warnings (I-5 and along the coast) and Advisories today. Wind gusts 50-65 mph. Strongest winds along the I-5 corridor and along the immediate coast. I-5, US-97, US-101, US-199, US-395, CA-139, CA-299 impacted.
— Much of northern and northeast CA: Winter Storm Warnings continue through Friday evening. Heavy snow expected. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 feet above 4500 feet, with locally higher amounts at peaks. Up to 1 foot between 3500 to 4500 feet. Wind gusts up to 60 mph. Snow levels will be above 5000 feet today, then drop to 3500 feet by Thursday night. Snowfall rates up to an inch per hour at times. 1-2 inches snow Siskiyou Pass (I-5) tonight. I-5, US-97, US-395, CA-3, CA-36, CA-44, CA-70, CA-89, CA-96, CA-139, CA-299 impacted.
— Almost all of CA west of the Sierra Nevada; southern CA north of the Salton Sea; southern and southwest NV; northwest and west-central AZ: Flood Watches, with embedded Advisories, Warnings and FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS continue through Friday. 3-7 inches of rain have already fallen over parts of Northern CA. 4-8 inches of rain may fall in the Southern CA mountains by Friday. Rainfall amounts of 1-4 inches will be common throughout the state. DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING is likely today and Thursday in southern CA. Thunderstorms with marginally severe wind gusts, hail and potentially a brief tornado will be possible today and Thursday.
— Coastal CA; Sacramento Valley and Delta Region; central CA west of I-5; northern San Joaquin Valley; Mojave Desert Slopes: High Wind Warnings, Watches, and Advisories continue through this afternoon. Wind gusts 50-70 mph. Dangerously high winds on the I-5 Grapevine (Tejon Pass) north of Los Angeles.
— CA Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Storm Warnings continue through Friday evening. Heavy snow expected. Total accumulations up to a foot between 4500 to 5500 feet, and 4 to 8 feet, with locally higher amounts above 5500 feet. Wind gusts up to 60 mph. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour at times. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— Much of central and southern NV; CA Death Valley National Park: Wind Advisories continue through this evening. Wind gusts to 50 mph. Blowing dust may reduce visibilities down to one mile or less. US-6, US-50, US-93, US-95, US-395, CA-127, CA-178, CA-190 impacted.
