Weather Impacts Pacific Time Zone:

— Central and southern CA, central San Joaquin Valley south of Modesto and north of Bakersfield: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-5, CA-41, CA-43, CA-59, CA-99, CA-140, CA-145, CA-152, CA-180, CA-198 impacted.

— Coastal southern CA between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles and Camp Pendelton to the Mexican Border: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-5, I-8, I-15, I-805, US-101 impacted.

Weather Impacts Mountain Time Zone:

Northwest MT Rocky Mountain Front: High Wind Watch late tonight through Monday afternoon. Wind gusts to 75 mph. I-15, US-2, US-89, US-287 impacted.

Southeast WY: High Wind Watches Monday evening through Tuesday morning. Wind gusts 65-70 mph. I-25, I-80, US-287 impacted.

Southwest NM Lordsburg Playa area, including I-10 from mile marker 24 to the Arizona Border: Blowing Dust Advisory through this afternoon. Visibility between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust. Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility to near zero. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing sand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far as possible and put your vehicle in park. Turn the lights all the way off and keep foot off the brake pedal.  I-10, US-70 impacted.

Southeast NM and far-west TX Guadalupe Mountains, including Carlsbad Caverns National Park: High Wind Warning continue through this afternoon. Wind gusts to 55 mph. US-62 impacted.

Weather Impacts Central Time Zone:

North-central WI: Winter Weather Advisory continues through early Monday morning. Lake Effect Snow expected. Total accumulations 2-4 inches. Locally higher amounts to 6 inches possible over the northwest corner of Vilas county. US-2, US-45, US-51 impacted.

North-central and northeast TX; much of OK and AR; central and northern LA, MS and AL: Freeze Warnings today and Monday morning. Low temperatures in the upper teens to the upper 20’s deg F. Winterize or put heat in your RV if you have not already done so.

— Much of central, south-central and southeast TX, including San Antonio and Austin; south-central and southwest LA: A combination of Wind Advisories and Red Flag (fire danger) Warnings through this evening. Wind gusts 35-40 mph. I-10, I-35, I-37, I-45, I-49, I-69E impacted.

— Central AL: Dense Fog Advisory early this morning. I-20, I-59, I-65 impacted.

Weather Impacts Eastern Time Zone:

Most of MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories this evening through Monday afternoon. Lake effect snow expected. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches, with local higher amounts of 8-12 inches. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather, visibility, and road conditions. Two rounds of moderate to heavy lake effect snow showers are expected. The first round continues into this afternoon. The second round is expected late tonight through midday Monday.   US-2, US-41, US-45 impacted.

Portions of western, northern and northeast MI Lower Peninsula along the shores of Lakes Michigan and Huron: Winter Weather Advisories Monday and Monday evening. 2-6 inches of lake effect snow expected. I-75, US-10, US-23, US-31 impacted.

Northern and central IN; much of KY; southern and southeast MI; northwest OH: A band of wet snow moves north to south across this region today and this evening. 1 to possibly 2 inches accumulation possible. I-64, I-65, I-69, I-71, I-75, I-80, I-90, I-94, OH Turnpike, IN Toll Road impacted.

Much of interior and south-central WV; far southwest VA; the TN/NC border: A combination of Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories this evening through Tuesday morning. Accumulations mostly in the 2-4 inch range, but 4-8 inches possible in the higher terrain of east-central WV and above 3500 feet along the TN/NC border. I-26, I-40, I-64, I-77, I-79, US-19, US-50, US-52, US-219 impacted.

— North-central and northeast OH; northwest PA: Winter Storm Watch this evening through Tuesday morning. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches possible. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Snowfall rates may exceed 1 to 2 inches per hour within well organized lake effect snow bands. I-71, I-76, I-77, I-79, I-80, I-86, I-90, OH Turnpike impacted.

Portions of western NY along the Lake Erie and Lake Ontario Shorelines: Winter Weather Advisories this evening through Monday afternoon. 3-6 inches of snow likely. I-86, I-90, NY Thruway impacted.

Northern NY: Winter Weather Advisories today and tonight. Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to 3 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. The highest snow accumulations will be in the St. Lawrence Valley. I-81, I-87, US-9, US-11 impacted.

Northern ME: Winter Weather Advisories tonight. Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to 2 inches and ice accumulations up to around one tenth of an inch. I-95, US-1 impacted.

— Long Island NY; much of central and southern NJ; southeast PA; northern DE: Areas of dense fog this morning. I-76, I-78, I-95, I-476, I-295, I-495, US-1, US-9, US-13, NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Atlantic City Expressway, PA Turnpike, Delaware Memorial Bridge impacted.

— Southwest NY; north-central, central and western PA; east-central OH: Fog, some dense, will impact travel through mid-morning. I-70, I-76, I-77, I-79, I-80, I-86, US-6, US-15, US-22 impacted.

Eastern NC; SC Low Country; southeast and southern GA; northern and central FL Peninsula: Thunderstorms with marginally severe wind gusts and hail will be possible today. I-4, I-10, I-16, I-20, I-26, I-40, I-75, I-85, I-95 potentially impacted.

Eastern VA; much of NC, SC and GA: Freeze Watches Monday evening through Tuesday morning. Low temperatures in the 20’s. Winterize or put heat in your RV if you have not already done so.

— Northwest and west-central GA: Freeze Watch late tonight through Monday morning. Low temperatures in the upper 20’s° F.

— Much of FL north of Cape Coral; southeast GA: Dense Fog Advisories and patchy dense fog this morning. I-4, I-10, I-75, I-95, US-17, US-82, US-98 impacted.
