Weather Impacts Pacific Time Zone:

— Central CA Southern Sacramento Valley, Delta Region, East San Francisco Bay, and northern and central San Joaquin Valley: Dense Fog Advisories through late this morning. I-5, I-80, I-505, I-580, I-680, CA-4, CA-12, CA-16, CA-33, CA-99, CA-132, CA-145, CA-152, CA-165 impacted.

— Central CA Santa Lucia Mountains: Wind Advisory this morning. Wind gusts to 50 mph. US-101, CA-1 impacted.

Southern CA coastal ranges from the Tejon Pass (I-5 Grapevine) southward to the Mexican Border: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through Tuesday afternoon. Wind gusts 45-60 mph. Strongest winds north and west of Los Angeles. I-5, I-8, I-10, I-15, I-210, I-215, US-101, CA-1, CA-14, CA-76, CA-79, CA-126 impacted.

— Southern NV, CA/AZ border Lake Mead National Recreation Area and Lake Havasu: Wind Advisory this morning through this evening. Wind gusts to 45 mph. I-40, US-93, US-95 impacted.

Weather Impacts Mountain Time Zone:

Southeast WY: High Wind Watch this evening through Tuesday afternoon. Wind gusts to 60 mph. I-25, I-80, US-287 impacted.

South-central and southeast NM, including Carlsbad Caverns National Park; adjacent southwest TX: BLIZZARD WARNINGS (Guadalupe Mountains), Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches in the mountains and 1-3 inches elsewhere. Winds gusts to 50 mph in the mountains.  I-10, I-20, US-62, US-70, US-82, US-90, US-285, US-385 impacted.

— Southeast AZ; southwest NM: Strong winds today and tonight. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-10, I-19 impacted.

Weather Impacts Central Time Zone:

— Central and eastern ND; northwest MN: Cold Weather and Winter Weather Advisories this morning. Wind gusts as high as 40 mph will lead to blowing snow and wind chill values as low as -35°F. I-29, I-94, US-2, US-10, US-52, US-59, US-75 impacted.

— Much of north-central NE: Cold Weather Advisory early this morning. Wind chill values as low as -20°F.

Southwest TX, east of El Paso and north and west of Odessa: BLIZZARD WARNING (Guadalupe Mountains) and Winter Weather Advisories through this evening. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches in the mountains and 1-3 inches elsewhere. Winds gusts to 50 mph in the mountains. I-10, I-20, US-62, US-90, US-285, US-385 impacted.

— Northeast MN along the Lake Superior shoreline: High Wind Warnings and Advisories continue through midday today. Wind gusts 55-60 mph. MN-61 impacted.

Central and southern MN; IA; WI; northern IL: BLIZZARD WARNINGS (IA), Winter Storm Warnings (WI) and Advisories continue this morning. Additional snow accumulations of 1-3 inches and wind gusts 40-50 mph. I-39, I-41, I-43, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94 impacted.

Southern WI; northern, central and eastern IL: Wind Advisories continue through this afternoon. Wind gusts 45-55 mph. I-39, I-41, I-43, I-55 ,I057, I-72, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94 impacted.

— LA Coast; coastal TX; central and southern TX: Wind Advisories today. Wind gusts 35-45 mph. I-2, I-10, I-12, I-35, I-37, I-45, I-69E impacted.

— Southern MS; southern AL; FL Panhandle: Cold Weather Advisories tonight and Tuesday morning. Wind chill values in the mid-teens.

Weather Impacts Eastern Time Zone:

MI Upper Peninsula: BLIZZARD WARNINGS (UP) and Winter Storms Warnings continue through this evening. Additional snow accumulations of 4-14 inches and wind gusts to 50 mph. I-75, US-2, US-41, US-45 impacted.

Northern, central and western MI Lower Peninsula: A combination of Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through this evening. Additional snow accumulations of 4-6 inches and wind gusts to 55 mph. I-69, I-75, I-94, I-96, I-196, US-10 US-31 highly impacted.

Central and southeast MI; northern OH; northwest PA; western NY: High Wind Warnings through late this evening. Wind gusts 45-60 mph. I-69, I-75, I-79, I-80, I-86, I-90, I-94, I-96, NY Thruway, OH Turnpike impacted.

IN; OH; central and eastern KY & TN; WV; western PA; western and southwest VA: Wind Advisories today and tonight. Wind gusts 40-55 mph with strongest winds in the northern part of this region. I-22, I-24, I-40, I-64, I-65, I-68, I-69, I-70, I-71, I-74, I-75, I-76, I-77, I-79, I-80, I-90, PA and OH Turnpikes, IN Toll Road impacted.

Central and south-central PA; western MD; northeast and east-central WV; parts of west-central and southwest VA; northwest NC: High Wind Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories (PA, MD, WV) through Tuesday afternoon. Wind gusts to 65 mph. The strongest winds will be this afternoon through Tuesday morning. Strong winds will also be accompanied by upslope snow showers with up to 2-6 inches of snow possible at higher elevations. I-64, I-68, I-70, I-76, I-80, I-81, I-99, US-22, US-219, US-322 impacted.

Northwest PA; western NY downwind of Lakes Erie and Ontario: Winter Storm and Lake Effect Snow Warnings this afternoon through Saturday morning. Up to 2-3 feet of snow. Wind gusts 55-60 mph, with the strongest winds today and tonight. Lake effect snow is expected oscillate several times downwind of the lakes this week. Forecast snowfall amounts could be much higher where lake bands persist during this long duration event.  I-79, I-81, I-86, I-90, US-6, US-11, US-20, US-219, NY Thruway impacted.

— Western NY: Flood Watch continues through this afternoon. Flooding caused by a combination of rainfall and snowmelt. Additional rainfall 1/4 to 1/3rd of an inch expected. I-86, I-90, US-20, US-219, NY Thruway impacted.

Much of NY west of the Hudson Valley and south of the Adirondack Mountains; NY Capitol District and southern VT; PA; NJ; MD; DE; DC; northern VA: Wind Advisories this morning through Tuesday evening. Wind gusts 45-55 mph. I-66, I-68, I-70, I-76, I-78, I-79, I-80, I-81, I-83, I-84, I-86, I-87, I-88, I-90, I-95, US-9, US-13, US-50, PA, NJ Turnpikes, NY Thruway, Garden State Parkway, Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel impacted.

— Much of eastern PA; central and northern NJ; adjacent southeast NY; southern CT: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. Fog will dissipate with the cold front and ensuing high winds. I-76, I-78, I-80, I-81, I-83, I-84, I-91, I-95, I-476, NY-17, PA and NJ Turnpikes impacted.

MA west of I-495 beltway: High Wind Watch this evening through late Tuesday night. Wind gusts 50-60 mph. I-84, I-90, I-91, Mass Pike impacted.

ME; NH; VT; northern NY: ICE STORM WARNINGS (NY and VT), Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Significant icing and strong winds across northern NY and VT. Ice accumulations up to 3/4 of an inch and wind gusts 35-50 mph. These conditions may lead to downed trees and widespread loss of power. Elsewhere, expect a snow, sleet, freezing rain mix, with up to 2 inches of snow and 1/4 inch of ice. I-87, I-88, I-89, I-90, I-91, I-93, I-95, US-1 NY Thruway impacted.

— Central NC: Red Flag (fire danger) Warning this afternoon and evening. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-40, I-73, I-74, I-85, I-87, I-95, US-1, US-64 impacted.

— FL Panhandle; southwest GA: Cold Weather Advisories tonight and Tuesday morning. Wind chill values as low as +20°F.
