— WA and OR Cascades: Winter Storm Warnings through Saturday. Heavy snow. Widespread accumulations of 6-14 inches, with 2-3 feet of snow in the WA northern Cascades, including both Stevens and Snoqualmie Passes. Snow levels 1500-2000 feet. I-90, US-2, US-12, US-20, US-26 impacted.
— Northern ID: Winter Weather Advisory continues through this morning above 3000 feet: Total snow accumulations of 4-9 inches, and wind gusts to 30 mph. I-90 (especially Lookout Pass) impacted.
— Most of west-central and southwest WA; northwest and west-central OR: Flood Watches with embedded Flood Advisories continue through Saturday. As runoff works its way downstream, the river flooding threat will increase today, with numerous area rivers now forecast to reach at least Minor flood stage. Slower reacting rivers may stay in flood stage into Saturday afternoon. I-5, I-84, I-90, US-2, US-12, US-20, US-26, US-97, US-101 impacted.
— Southeast WA and northeast OR Blue Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory through this evening. Snow expected Above 3500 Feet. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches. 1-2 inches on Deadman Pass. I-84 impacted.
— South-central and southeast OR; southwest ID; northeast and east-central CA (east of the Sierra Nevada); much of northern NV: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Wind gusts generally 55-65 mph. I-80, US-20, US-50, US-93, US-93, US-95, US-96, US-395, CA-44, CA-139, CA-299 impacted.
— Northwest CA: Flood Watch and Wind Advisory this morning. A quick moving cold front will bring moderate to heavy rain to the area through late this morning. Rainfall totals of 2-4 inches and rainfall rates up to 0.5 inches or higher an hour are possible. Saturated soils and the heavy rainfall rates will increase the risk of minor flooding impacts to low lying and urban areas. Rises in creeks and streams are likely. Wind gusts 45-55 mph. US-101, US-199, CA-36, CA-96, CA-299 impacted.
— Central CA San Joaquin Valley: Dense Fog Advisories this morning from Modesto to Bakersfield. I-5, CA-99 impacted.
— Southern CA Eastern Sierra Slopes: Wind Advisory today and tonight. Wind gusts to 65 mph. Wind Advisory is immediately to the west of US-395.
— Southern CA Long Beach to the Mexican Border: Dense Fog Advisories this morning along and near the coast. I-5, I-8, I-15, I-405, I-805, CA-163 impacted.
Weather Impacts Mountain Time Zone:
— Much of central and northern ID; adjacent west-central MT: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through Saturday morning. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 14 inches in the higher elevations, including Lolo Pass. Total accumulations of 3 to 7 inches across lower elevations. Winds gusting 40-45 mph. Snow levels quickly drop this morning. I-90, US-12, US-93 impacted.
— Northwest MT along the Continental Divide and Rocky Mountain Front: Winter Weather Advisories continue through Saturday morning. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches from Essex to Marias Pass. Total snow accumulations of 2 and 4 inches for lower elevations, including West Glacier. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Snow levels drop below 3,000 feet this morning. US-2, US-89 impacted.
— Western and central MT; most of WY: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Widespread gusts to 60 mph with wind-prone areas (e.g., Rocky Mountain Front, southeast WY) seeing gusts to 80 mph. Interstates impacted include I-15, I-25, I-80, I-90, along with all US highways in the region.
— Northeast and east-central MT: Winter Weather Advisories through late this morning. Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. I-94, US-2, US-12 impacted.
— Parts of southwest MT; southeast ID; northwest and west-central WY: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through Saturday morning. Snow accumulations 4-8 inches below 7000 feet, 10-20 inches at higher elevations. Expect an additional 15-20 inches of snow on Teton and Togwotee Passes. Wind gusts 45-55 mph. US-14, US-16, US-20, US-26, US-189, US-191, US-212, US-287 impacted.
— Parts of northeast UT Wasatch Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory late this afternoon through Saturday. Snow. 6-12 inches. Wind gusts to 55 mph. This region is bounded by US-40 to the south and I-80 to the west.
— South-central WY; north-central and central CO: Winter Weather Advisories this evening through Saturday night. Snow. 4-12 inches wind gusts to 60 mph. I-70, US-34, US-36, US-40, US-285 impacted. I-80 is just north of this region.
— East-central and southeast WY; central and southeast CO: Red Flag (fire danger) and High Wind Warnings through Saturday morning. Wind gusts will range from 45 mph across southeast CO, to 75 mph in WY to 85-105 mph in the foothills around Boulder. Conditions will be favorable for rapid fire spread. I-25, I-70, I-76, I-80, US-18, US-20, US-24, US-26, US-34, US-40, US-50, US-85, US-160, US-287, US-350 impacted.

Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to a few hundredths of an inch. Winds gusting 35-55 mph. Windchill values as low as -30°F. I-29, I-94, US-2, US-52, US-59, US-75, US-83, US-85 impacted.
— Southwest ND; western and central NE: A combination of Red Flag (fire danger) and High Wind Warnings and Advisories today. Wind gusts 50-70 mph. I-80, US-20, US-26, US-83 impacted.
