  • Snow moves into the Olympic, and Washington Cascade Mountains today and Idaho and Montana tonight. Snoqualmie Pass and Lookout Pass (I-90) will have accumulating snow.
  • Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Monday into Monday night for southeast Minnesota, Wisconsin, northern Illinois and northern Indiana.
  • Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Tuesday into Tuesday night across Lower Michigan, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and western New York.

Weather Impacts Pacific Time Zone:

Western Washington Olympic and Cascade Mountains. Snow this afternoon and tonight above 2500 feet. 2-4 inches on Snoqualmie Pass and 4-6 inches on Stevens Pass. I-90 impacted.

Eastern Oregon. Snow develops tonight. 1-2 inches on Deadman Pass. I-84 impacted.

Weather Impacts Mountain Time Zone:

Northern Idaho and northwest Montana: Snow tonight. Up to 5-8 inches accumulation on Lookout Pass. I-90 impacted.

South-central Montana: Snow Monday night. Up to an inch of snow on the Bozeman Pass. I-90 impacted.

Southwest Montana including the I-15 corridor and Pipestone Pass. Winter Weather Advisory beginning late evening through Monday midday. Snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches with wind gusts up to 65 mph. Slick roads, blowing snow, and snow-covered passes. I-15 and I-90 impacted.

North-central Wyoming into southern Montana. Red Flag Warning. Beginning this afternoon through Monday night. Wind gusts 35 to 55 mph. Fire danger and wildfire risk with difficult handling for high-profile vehicles. I-25 and I-90 impacted.

Southeast Wyoming into the western Nebraska Panhandle. Red Flag Warning. Beginning late this morning in the Nebraska Panhandle and around midday to this afternoon farther west, then continuing through Monday night. West winds 10 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 55 mph. Fire danger and wildfire risk with erratic crosswinds for high-profile vehicles. I-25, I-76, and I-80 impacted.

Central and western Colorado. Red Flag Warning. Beginning this afternoon through late evening, then returning Monday afternoon through Monday evening. Wind gusts 40 to 45 mph. Fire danger and wildfire risk with difficult travel on exposed stretches. I-70 impacted.

Weather Impacts Central Time Zone:

Far northeast North Dakota into far northwest Minnesota. Light freezing rain is possible through early evening is possible. Slick roads and slower travel are possible if surface temperatures stay cold enough. I-29 impacted.

Southeast Minnesota across Wisconsin into northern Illinois and northern Indiana. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Monday into Monday night. Strong wind gusts, hail, and brief heavy rain are possible. I-35, I-39, I-43, I-55, I-57, I-65, and I-94 potentially impacted.

Wisconsin into Illinois and Indiana. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Tuesday into Tuesday night. Strong wind gusts, hail, and brief heavy rain are possible. I-39, I-43, I-55, I-57, I-65, I-72, and I-94 potentially impacted.

Weather Impacts Eastern Time Zone:

Lower Michigan into northern Indiana, northern Ohio, and western New York. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Monday into Monday night. Strong wind gusts, hail, and brief heavy rain are possible. I-69, I-74, I-75, I-88, I-90, I-94, and I-96 potentially impacted.

Lower Michigan and Ohio east into western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and western to central New York. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Tuesday into Tuesday night. Strong wind gusts, hail, and brief heavy rain are possible. I-69, I-71, I-74, I-75, I-77, I-79, I-81, I-88, I-90, I-94, and I-96 potentially impacted.

Northern Pennsylvania into southern New York and far northeast Ohio. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible. Tuesday into Tuesday night. Strong wind gusts, hail, and brief heavy rain are possible. Localized hazardous travel may develop in stronger storms. I-76, I-80, and I-86 impacted.

Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Elevated fire danger through early evening. Southwest wind gusts 20 to 30 mph with afternoon humidity around 25 to 40 percent are expected. Rapid fire spread and localized smoke may reduce visibility on some roads. I-84, I-90, I-91, I-93, and I-95 impacted.

West Virginia, western Virginia, and the Mid-Atlantic from Maryland and DC into northern Virginia. Elevated fire danger through late evening. Relative humidity around 17 to 30 percent with gusts 15 to 25 mph is expected. Wildfire risk may create localized smoke and brief visibility drops near any fire activity. I-64, I-66, I-68, I-70, I-79, I-81, I-83, I-95, and I-97 impacted.

Northeast Georgia across the western Carolinas into east Tennessee and southwest Virginia. Elevated fire danger through late evening. Relative humidity around 15 to 25 percent with gusts 15 to 25 mph is expected in the driest areas. Wildfire risk may create localized smoke and reduced visibility near any fire activity. I-26, I-40, I-75, I-77, and I-81 impacted.

East coast Florida Peninsula. Wind Advisory continues through this afternoon. Winds gusts up to 35 mph. I-95 impacted.
