— Southern Panhandle TX: Dense Fog through midmorning.

— Northeast TX, southern and eastern OK: Tornado Watch through mid afternoon. I-20, I-35, I-40, I-44 impacted.

— Eastern OK, southern MO, southern IL, southern IN, northwest KY: Flash Flood Watches through Thursday morning.

— Coastal TX, southwest LA: Wind Advisories today. Gusts. 30-40 mph.

— Northeast OH, Northwest PA, southwest NY: Chance of severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
