— North-central WA: Winter Weather Advisory Sunday and Sunday night above 5000 feet. 7-12 inches snow expected.

— Northeast WA: Flood Watch this afternoon and evening, especially along and near burn scars.

— Coastal WA along the Pacific Coast, Strait of Juan de Fuca, and northwards: High Wind Warning this morning through Monday evening. Gusts to 60 mph.

— WA Puget Sound surrounding land: Wind Advisories today. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5, I-90 impacted.

— Portions of southeast WA, north-central OR: High Wind Warning today. Gusts to 70 mph possible. I-84 impacted.

— Northwest OR along the I-5 corridor: Wind Advisory midday through tonight. Gusts to 40 mph. I-5 impacted.

— OR coast: High Wind Warning today through Monday morning. Gusts 60-70 mph. US-101 impacted.

— Eastern OR, southwest ID: High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories through late tonight. Gusts 55-70 mph. I-84 impacted.

— CA Shasta Valley: High Wind Warning this evening through this afternoon. Gusts to 60 mph. I-5 impacted.

— Northern and central Coastal CA, Sacramento and San Joaqin Valleys : Wind Advisories today and tonight. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-5, US-101, CA-1 impacted.

— Most of northern and interior central CA, extreme west-central NV near Carson City: Flood and Flash Flood Watches through Monday afternoon. Heaviest rains expected in the Coastal Ranges north of San Francisco and northern and central Sierra Nevada range. Prepare for 5-10 inches of rain and life-threatening flood. I-5, I-80, US-101 all impacted.

— CA Sierra Nevada Range above 6000 feet: Winter Storm Warning Sunday night through late Monday night. 6-14 inches of snow likely with amounts exceeding 3 feet above 7000 feet. I-80 impacted.

— Central ID: Winter Storm Warning Sunday midday today through midday Monday. 3-12 inches snow possible above 7000 feet.

— East-central and southeast CA, central and southern NV, western and northern UT: High Wind Warnings and Advisories this afternoon through Monday evening. Gusts 55-60 mph. I-15, I-80, US-395 impacted.

— South-central and central WY: High Wind Watch Monday. Gusts to 60 mph. I-25, I-80 potentially impacted.

— North-central NM: Wind Advisory through midmorning. Gusts to 50 mph. I-25 on eastern edge of Advisory.

— Eastern CO, northwest KS: Dense Fog Advisory through early this morning. I-70 impacted.

— MO, northern AR, southern IL: Significant severe weather outbreak possible Sunday afternoon and evening. Damaging winds, large hail and some tornadoes all possible. I-40, I-44, I-55, I-57, I-64, I-70, I-72 potentially impacted.

— North-central IL, northern IN, extreme northwest OH: Flash Flood and Flood Watches this afternoon through Monday morning. 2-4 inches of rain expected. Major highways impacted include I-39, I-55, I-57, I-65, I-69, I-74, I-80/90.
