— Coastal WA along the Pacific Coast, Strait of Juan de Fuca, and northwards: High Wind Warning Sunday morning through Monday evening. Gusts to 60 mph.

— WA Puget Sound surrounding land: Wind Advisories Sunday morning through Monday evening. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5, I-90 impacted.

— Portions of southeast WA, north-central OR: High Wind Watch tonight through Sunday afternoon. Gusts to 70 mph possible. I-84 impacted.

— Northwest OR along the I-5 corridor: Wind Advisory Sunday and Sunday night. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5 impacted.

— Southwest OR coast: High Wind Warning tonight through midday Sunday. Gusts to 70 mph.

— South-central, east-central and southeast OR, southwest ID: High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories Sunday and Sunday night. Gusts 45-65 mph. I-84 impacted.

— CA Shasta Valley: High Wind Warning this evening through Sunday afternoon. Gusts to 60 mph. I-5 impacted.

— Northern and central Coastal CA: Wind Advisories tonight through Sunday. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-5, US-101, CA-1 impacted.

— Most of northern and interior central CA, extreme west-central NV near Carson City: Flood and Flash Flood Watches tonight through Monday afternoon. Heaviest rains expected in the Coastal Ranges north of San Francisco and northern and central Sierra Nevada range. Prepare for 5-10 inches of rain and life-threatening flood. I-5, I-80, US-101 all impacted.

— CA Sierra Nevada Range above 6000 feet: Winter Storm Watch Sunday evening through late Monday night. 1-2 feet of snow possible with amounts exceeding 3 feet above 8000 feet. I-80 impacted.

— Central ID: Winter Storm Watch Sunday afternoon through Monday morning. 3-12 inches snow possible above 7000 feet.

— West-central NV: High Wind Watch late Saturday night through Sunday evening. Gusts 55-70 mph. I-80, US-395 impacted.

— East-central NV: High Wind Watch late Sunday night through Monday afternoon: Gusts to 60 mph.

— Western UT: High Wind Watch late Sunday night through Monday evening. I-15, I-80, US-50 impacted.

— Southeast NE, northeast KS, extreme southern IA northern MO: Slight risk of severe thunderstorms tonight. Large hail will be the primary threat. I-35, I-39, I-70 potentially impacted.

— MO, northern AR, extreme west-central and southwest IL: Significant severe weather outbreak possible Sunday afternoon and evening. Damaging winds, large hail and a few tornadoes all possible. I-40, I-44, I-55, I-70 all potentially impacted.

— Southwest LA, portions of the upper TX Gulf Coast: Dense Fog Advisories through midmorning. I-10 impacted.

— Northern AL: Dense Fog Advisories through midmorning. I-20/I-59, I-65, I-85 impacted
