Strong winds with gusts 50-60 mph over much of the Appalachians, mid-Atlantic, and Northeast. Winds strongest late this afternoon and evening. Heavy rains for much of central and southern TX this weekend.


— Interior Southern CA north and northeast of Los Angeles: Wind Advisory Saturday afternoon and night. Gusts to 55 mph. I-15, CA-58 impacted.

— Southeast TX: Flash Flood Watch through Sunday morning. I-10, I-45 impacted.

— Western TN, northeast AR: Dense Fog Advisory through midmorning. I-40 impacted.

— Southeast LA, coastal MS: Dense Fog Advisory through midmorning. I-10, I-12, I-55, I-59 impacted.

— Northeast TX, eastern OK, western AR, southern MO, southern IL, northwest KY: Flash Flood Watches today.

— Western NC, eastern WV, western and northern VA, DC, MD, DE, central and eastern PA, NY south of the Adirondack Mountains, CT, RI, MA: High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories today and tonight. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-40, I-70, I-80, I-81, I-88, I-90, Mass Turnpike, NY Thruway, NJ Turnpike, PA Turnpike all impacted.

— Northern NY: Some wet snow Friday night into Saturday morning. A few inches accumulation possible, especially at higher elevations.
