Pacific:
— Interior southern and southeast CA; southern NV: Excessive Heat Warnings Thursday through Saturday. Forecast high temperatures ranging from near 110 deg F in Las Vegas to around 120 deg F in Death Valley. I-8, I-10, I-15, I-40, CA-58 impacted.
Mountain:
— Western, central and much of southern AZ: Excessive Heat Warnings Thursday through Sunday. Forecast high temperatures of 105 -115 deg F expected. I-10, I-17, I-40 impacted.
— North-central NM, just west of I-25: Flood Watch this afternoon and evening from excessive rainfall and runoff.
— Far-west TX Guadalupe Pass: High Wind Warning tonight. Gusts to 60 mph. US-180 impacted.
— Eastern and southeast CO; northeast NM: On Thursday, severe thunderstorms capable of large hail and intense, damaging gusts will be possible. I-25, I-40, I-70 potentially impacted.
Central:
— Much of the OK and TX Panhandles; western and west-central OK: Severe Thunderstorm Watch through 11 a.m. CT this morning. Hail up to 2 inches in diameter and wind gusts to 75 mph possible. I-27, I-40, I-44 potentially impacted.
— Central and southern NE; most of KS; northern OK: On Thursday, severe thunderstorms capable of large hail and intense, damaging gusts will be possible. I-35, I-44, I-70, I-80 potentially impacted.
— Southern and southeast IL; western KY; eastern OK; northern, central and eastern AR; western and central TN; northern and northeast MS; northern and central AL: Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are possible today. Damaging wind gusts, hail, and a couple of tornadoes will be possible. Major highways potentially impacted include I-20, I-30, I-40, I-55, I-57, I-59, I-64, I-65, I-70.
Eastern:
— Southern IN; southern OH; KY; western and central WV; TN; west-central and northwest GA: Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are possible today. Damaging wind gusts, hail, and a couple of tornadoes will be possible. Major highways potentially impacted include I-20, I-40, I-64, I-65, I-69, I-70, I-71, I-75, I-77, I-79, I-81, I-85.
