Mountain:
— WY Wind River Mountains. Winter Storm Warning through midday today. Total snow accumulation 12-18 inches.
— South-central WY: Winter Weather Advisories continue through this evening, primarily above 8000 feet. Up to 3-6 additional inches of snow expected. I-80 on northern edge of this region.
— Southeast WY: Dense Fog Advisory through mid-morning. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— East-central CO and adjacent west-central KS: Dense Fog Advisory through midmorning along the I-70 corridor. I-70 impacted.
— North-central and east-central NM: Wind Advisories midday today through this evening. Gusts to 45 mph. I-25, I-40 impacted.
Central:
— Much of eastern ND; northwest MN: Flood Warnings continue for river flooding through this evening. Some roads closed due to flooding. I-29 potentially impacted.
— Central and eastern OK; southeast KS; southwest MO; northwest AR: Flood Watches through Thursday afternoon. Widespread areas of 2-3 inches of rainfall with isolated areas of 5-6 inches of rain. I-35, I-40, I-44 potentially impacted.
— OK (except Panhandle), western TX east of the I-10 / I-20 split; northern TX north and west of I-30 / I-35: Severe Thunderstorms likely this afternoon and evening, with very large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes, some of which could be strong. I-10, I-20, I-27, I-35, I-40, I-44 potentially impacted.
— Southern MO; southeast OK; AR; western TN; northeast TX; northern LA; northwest MS: Severe thunderstorms likely Thursday. Damaging winds, hail and tornadoes are all expected. I-20, I-30, I-40, I-45, I-49, I-55 potentially impacted.
— Southeast MS; central and southern AL; FL Panhandle; southwest GA: Dense Fog Advisories through midmorning. I-10, I-20, I-65, I-85 impacted.
Eastern:
— Southeast VA; central and eastern NC; most of SC: Some strong thunderstorms possible this afternoon and evening. I-26, I-64, I-77, I-85, I-95 potentially impacted.
