Pacific:

— Portions of western and northwest WA: Flood Watch continues through this morning for excessive rainfall. I-5, I-90 potentially impacted.

Portions of east-central and southeast WA and adjacent northwest ID: Flood Advisories continue through this afternoon for a combination of heavy rain and snowmelt. I-90 potentially impacted.

— OR/CA I-5 corridor vicinity Siskiyou summit: Wind Advisories this evening through Thursday evening. Gusts 30-45 mph. I-5 impacted.

Portions of northern CA above 3000 feet: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories this evening through Thursday evening. 4-12 inches snow and gusts to 45 mph. I-5, US-89 impacted.

CA Northern and Central Sierra Nevada mountains: Winter Weather Advisories late tonight through late Thursday night. 3-6 inches snow above 4500 feet and 8-12 inches snow above 6500 feet. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-80, US-50 impacted.

— CA Sacramento and northern San Joaquin Valleys: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today. I-5, I-80, CA-99 impacted.

— East-central NV: Winter Weather Advisory through this morning. Total new snow accumulation 1-4 inches and gusts to 40 mph. US-6, US-50, US-93 impacted.

— Southern CA western Mojave Desert: Wind Advisories continue through this morning. Gusts to 40 mph. I-15, I-40, CA-58 impacted.

Mountain:

Northwest MT east of the Rocky Mountain Front, portions of central MT: High Wind Warnings through this evening. Gusts 60-70 mph. I-15 impacted.

Much of northern ID; northwest and portions of north-central MT: Winter Weather Advisories through this evening. Snow accumulations generally in the 1-4 inch range. I-90 impacted.

North-central, northeast, central and southwest UT; central and western CO and adjacent north-central NM: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through tonight. Accumulations will range from 2-6 inches in the lower UT elevations to 10-20 inches in southwest CO. Gusts to 40 mph. I-15, I-70, I-80 impacted.

East-central CO: Winter Weather Advisory this afternoon through Thursday morning. 3-6 inches snow likely. I-70 from Denver to the KS state line impacted.

South-central CO; much of central, eastern and southwest NM; far-west TX: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Gusts generally 50-70 mph. I-10 including the I-10/I-20 split, I-25, I-40 impacted.

Portions of central and east-central AZ; portions of central and west-central NM: Winter Weather Advisories through Thursday morning. Snow accumulations 1-3 inches below 6500 feet and 3-10 inches above 6500 feet. Wind gusts to 50 mph. I-17, I-40 impacted.

Central:

— Northwest and north-central ND: Winter Weather Advisory through midday today for light freezing rain. US-2, US-83 impacted.

TX Panhandle; much of OK; southeast KS; southwest MO; west-central and northwest AR: High Wind Warnings (TX Panhandle) and Advisories through this evening. Gusts 45-65 mph. I-27, I-35, I-40, I-44 impacted.

— Southern WI; IA; IL; central and eastern MO; northeast TX: Strong winds mid-morning through late this afternoon. Wind gusts 30-45 mph. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-39, I-43, I-44, I-55, I-57, I-64, I-70, I-72, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90 impacted.

— MO; IL; western KY: strong winds midday Thursday. Gusts to 40 mph. I-24, I-35, I-44, I-55, I-57, I-64, I-65, I-70, I-72, I-74, I-80, I-88 impacted.

— Eastern TX; southwest AR; northwest LA: Isolated severe thunderstorms possible Thursday and Thursday night. I-20, I-30, I-40, I-49 potentially impacted.

— Eastern TX; MO; western LA: Heavy rains Thursday and Thursday night bring the chance for localized flash flooding. I-10, I-20, I-30, I-40, I-45, I-49, I-70 potentially impacted

— IN: Strong winds late this morning through this afternoon. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-65, I-69, I-70, I-74, I-80/90, Indiana Toll Road impacted.
