Pacific:

— Southern CA Mountains of San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego Counties and the Inland Empire: Wind Advisories through this afternoon. Gusts to 50 mph. I-8, I-10, I-15 impacted.

Mountain:

— East-central and southeast CO: High Wind Warning midmorning through this evening. Gusts to 70 mph. I-25, I-70 impacted.

— Northwest, west-central, northeast, east-central NM: Wind Advisories late this morning through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-25, I-40 impacted.

— Central and west-central NM: Winter Weather Advisories through midmorning. Total snow accumulations 2-4 inches. I-25, I-40 impacted.

Central:

— South-central SD: Wind Advisories mid-morning through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph.

— MN Arrowhead: Winter Storm Warning continues through midday. Up to 2 inches additional accumulation expected.

— Northern WI: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue today. Up to 1-3 inches additional accumulation expected. Wind gusts to 35 mph.

Eastern:

— MI Upper Peninsula and northern Lower Peninsula: Winter Storm Warnings (western and central UP) and Advisories today for a combination of snow, sleet and freezing rain. Snow accumulations will range from 2-5 inches over the western and central UP to around an inch on the LP. I-75, US-2, US-41 impacted.

— KY/NC Border: High Wind Warnings (KY) and Advisories (NC) this evening through this afternoon. Wind gusts 50-70 mph. I-26, I-40 impacted.

— Northern IN, southern MI, most of OH: Severe storms with wind damage, hail and an isolated tornado threat will be possible today. I-65, I-69, I-70, I-71, I-75, I-77, I-80/90, OH Turnpike, IN Toll Road potentially impacted.

— Central and eastern NC; SC; most of GA; northern FL: Severe storms with wind damage, hail and an isolated tornado threat will be possible today. I-10, I-16, I-20, I-40, I-75, I-85, I-95 potentially impacted.

— Western and northern PA; western and central NY: Strong winds with gusts 40-50 mph this evening and early tonight. I-76 / PA Turnpike, I-79, I-80, I-81, I-88, I-90 / NY Thruway impacted. Advisories possible.

— NY Adirondack and Catskill Mountains; most of VT; western NH; western and north-central MA; extreme northwest CT: Winter Weather Advisories this evening through midday Thursday. Rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow. Accumulations generally 1-3 inches or less. I-87, I-89, I-90 (Mass Pike), I-91, I-93 impacted.

— Northern NH; northern ME: Winter Weather Advisories Thursday and Friday. Snow and sleet accumulating 3-6 inches. I-95 impacted.
