Pacific:
— Northwest WA Mason County: Flood Watch Thursday evening through Saturday. Up to 4-6 inches of rain with high snow levels expected over the southwest Olympic mountains starting late Thursday.
— Southern OR Cascades and adjacent northern CA: Winter Weather Advisories continue today. Snow levels 3500-4000 feet. Additional accumulations up to 5-10 inches in higher elevations with 1-3 inches on I-5. I-5 Siskiyou Summit impacted.
— CA Northern and Central Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Storm Warnings on the western slopes and Winter Weather Advisories to the east effective through this evening. Additional accumulations of 2-6 inches snow, with wind gusts 35-45 mph. I-80, US-50, US-395 impacted.
— Southern CA Ventura and Los Angeles County Mountains. Winter Weather Advisory tonight and Thursday morning. Up to 2 inches of snow possible. I-5 / Grapevine impacted.
— Interior southern CA including the Mojave Desert slopes, San Bernardino County Mountains, and San Diego County Mountains and deserts. Wind Advisories this afternoon through Thursday morning. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-5, I-8, I-10, I-15, CA-58 impacted.
— East Central NV Great Basin: Winter Weather Advisory through Thursday morning above 5000 feet. Snow accumulations 3-6 inches.
— Most of central and southern NV; southeast CA, and the Riverside and San Diego County Mountains: Wind Advisories midday today through early tonight. Gusts to 50 mph. I-8, I-10, I-15, I-40, US-50, US-395, CA-58 impacted.
Mountain:
— Northwest MT and north-central ID: Winter Storm Warnings (MT) and Advisories today. Accumulations generally 2-6 inches. Winds may gust 35-45 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Southwest MT; southeast ID: High Wind Warnings and Advisories continue through this morning. Gusts 45-60 mph. I-15, I-84 impacted.
— South-central MT Beartooth Foothills and Livingston area: Wind Advisory continues this morning. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Northeast WY and SD northern Black Hills: High Wind Warning through this afternoon. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90 impacted.
— South-central WY; northwest CO; High Wind Warnings (WY) and Advisories today. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-80 impacted.
— Most of central and southern WY; southwest, central and northeast UT; higher elevations of western CO: Winter Storm Warnings (CO San Juan Mountains, UT Southern Mountains) and Advisories (elsewhere). Warnings and Advisories effective from west to east, starting midday today in UT and this evening in WY and CO. Most will expire by Thursday night. Snow accumulations range from 2-4 inches in the lower elevations and plains of WY to 10-16 inches in the UT Southern Mountains and the I-15 passes and up to 1-2 feet in the CO San Juan Mountains and along I-70. I-15, I-25, I-70, I-80 impacted.
— Higher elevations of northern, central and east-central AZ: Winter Weather Advisories tonight through Thursday night above 7000 feet. Snow accumulations 3-6 feet above 8000 feet. I-17, I-40 impacted.
— Much of northern, northeast and east-central AZ: Wind Advisory late this morning through this evening. Gusts 40-45 mph. I-17, I-40 impacted.
— North-central and northern NM Mountains: Winter Weather Advisories tonight through midday Friday. 4-9 inches snow at higher elevations with gusts to 40 mph,
— Most of NM: Strong to high winds over much of the state Thursday afternoon and evening. Gusts 40-55 mph. I-10, I-25, I-40 impacted.

— Central KS: Wind Advisory this afternoon and evening . Gusts to 40 mph. I-35, I-70 impacted.
— Central and southwest KS; western OK; eastern TX Panhandle: Severe thunderstorms possible Thursday evening into the early morning hours of Friday. Damaging winds, hail and a couple of tornadoes possible. I-27, I-35, I-40, I-70 potentially impacted.
