Pacific:

— Southeast WA lower Columbia Basin: Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-82 impacted.

— WA Cascades; OR Cascades: Winter Weather Advisories through this tonight. Snow accumulations generally 4-8 inches. Snow levels start at 3500 feet and lower to 2000 feet by evening. I-90 impacted.

Northeast OR Blue Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory this afternoon and tonight. 4-8 inches snow expected. I-84 impacted.

East-central and southeast OR; southwest ID; northern, northeast and east-central NV: Winter Weather Advisories Wednesday evening through Thursday evening. Snow accumulations generally 1-4 inches in the valleys and 4-7 inches in the higher passes and mountains. Wind gusts to 35 mph. I-80, I-84, US-6, US-20, US-50, US-93, US-95 impacted.

Northern CA: Winter Weather Advisories above 2500 feet mid-morning through late this evening. Snow accumulations generally 3-6 inches. I-5 Siskiyou Pass impacted.

Northeast CA: Winter Weather Advisory this afternoon and tonight. Snow accumulations 2-4 inches except up to 8 inches west of US-395. US-395 impacted.

CA northern and central Sierra Nevada mountains: Winter Storm Warning this afternoon and tonight. Snow levels 3000-4000 feet. 4-10 inches at lower elevations and 15-20 inches above 5500 feet. I-80, US-50 impacted.

— Central VA San Joaquin Valley south and west of Fresno: Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-5, CA-99 impacted.

Mountain:

— Southeast MT: Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-94 impacted.

— Southeast ID Teton Valley: Freezing Fog Advisory through this afternoon. I-15 impacted.

— Northeast WY Black Hills and adjacent far-west SD: Dense Fog Advisories through midday. I-90 impacted.

Southeast WY: High Wind Watch late Wednesday night through Thursday morning. Gusts to 60 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

East-central, southeast and south-central WY; north-central, northeast and east-central CO: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through this evening. 2-8 additional inches of snow and wind gusts to 40 mph. I-25, I-70, I-76, I-80 impacted.

Western CO; north-central NM: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today. Additional snow accumulations generally 2-4 inches. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-70 impacted.

— Far-west CO Grand Valley (I-70 and UT border): Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-70 impacted.

Eastern NM; far-west TX: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-10, I-25, I-40 impacted.

Central:

Southern SD; NE; northern and northwest KS; southern and southeast MN; IA except southeast portion of state; most of WI: Winter Storm Warnings Watches and Advisories through Thursday. Snow moves from west to east. Accumulations will range from 5-8 inches in WI and MN to 9-17 inches in central NE. Gusts to 40 mph. I-29, I-35, I-39, I-43, I-70, I-80, I-90, I-94 impacted.

— Southeast KS: Dense Fog Advisory this morning.

Much of western TX, including the southwest Panhandle: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Wind gusts 50-65 mph. Strongest winds over southwest TX centered on the I-10/I-20 split. I-10, I-20, I-27 impacted.

Central and northern LA north of I-10; southern, central and northeast AR; west-central and northwest MS; western TN: Severe thunderstorms possible today. I-20, I-22, I-40, I-49, I-55 potentially impacted.

— Northwest LA; southern, central and northeast AR; southeast MO; western TN; southern IL: Heavy rain with a slight chance of flash flooding today and tonight. I-30, I-40, I-55, I-57 potentially impacted.

— Most of LA, adjacent TX and MS; coastal MS; southeast and east-central AR and adjacent MS; southwest TN Memphis region: Wind Advisories mid-morning though this evening. Gusts 40-45 mph. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-22, I-24, I-30, I-40, I-49, I-55 impacted.

Eastern:

— Northeast IN; west-central and northern OH: Thunderstorms may produce isolated damaging winds and even a tornado or two Thursday afternoon and evening. I-70, I-71, I-75, I-80/90/OH Turnpike / IN Toll Road potentially impacted.

Northern MI: Winter Storm Watch late tonight though late Thursday night. 4-8 inches snow with wind gusts 30-40 mph. I-75 impacted.

Along the TN/NC border, mostly above 3500 feet; southwest NC: Wind Advisory late this evening through Thursday afternoon. Gusts 40-55 mph. I-26, I-40 impacted.

— Southern and eastern TN; far-southwest VA; northwest SC and parts of western NC; most of GA except eastern regions; FL Panhandle: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-10, I-16, I-20, I-26, I-40, I-59, I-75, I-77, I-81, I-85 impacted.
