— Southeast CA eastern Sierra Nevada slopes, Death Valley; much of southern, central, and east-central NV, and adjacent NV/AZ and CA/AZ border: Wind Advisories this morning. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-15, I-40, I-80, US-6, US-50, US-93, US-95, US-395 impacted.
Mountain:
— Portions of southwest MT and adjacent eastern ID: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories this morning for blowing snow, wind gusts to 60 mph and wind chill values to -30 deg F. I-15 impacted.
— South-central MT Beartooth Foothills and Livingston Area: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon through midday Thursday for blowing snow. Wind gusts 40-50 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Much of southeast ID: Windchill Warning this morning. Wind chill values as low as -25 deg F. Gusts to 40 mph and blowing snow. I-15 impacted.
— West-central UT: Wind Advisory today. Gusts to 50 mph.

— Much of western, central and northern KS; southern and southeast NE; central and southern IA; northern MO; northern IL; southern WI: Winter Storm Warnings, Watches (southern WI) and Advisories through Thursday evening. 4-9 inches snow accumulation and wind gusts to 45 mph will be common. I-29, I-35, I-39, I-43, I-70, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Much of western TX: High Wind Warnings (Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains) and Advisories through this evening. Wind gusts 55-65 mph, except 85 mph in the mountains. Expected wind gusts to 65 mph around the I-10/I-20 split. I-10, I-20, I-27, I-40 impacted.
— Much of TX Gulf Coast and adjacent southwest LA Coast: Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-10, I-37, I-45, I-69 impacted.
— Southeast ND; northeast SD; west-central MN: BLIZZARD Warnings continue this morning. Wind gusts to 45 mph. I-29, I-94 impacted.
— Much of central and northern MN; northern WI and adjacent far-west MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories today. Up to 3 additional inches of snow and wind gusts to 45 mph. I-35, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— East and northeast TX; southeast and east-central OK; southern MO; AR; most of LA north of I-10; west-central and northern MS; western TN: Severe thunderstorms with large to very large hail are possible across TX and OK late Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday evening. Another area of severe thunderstorms with damaging winds, tornadoes, and isolated large hail likely develops across the lower Mississippi Valley tonight. Greatest risk over eastern AR, western TN and northwest MS, centered on Memphis. I-10, I-20, I-22, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-49, I-55 potentially impacted.
— Eastern LA; MS; AL; western FL Panhandle; western and central TN; western KY: Widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible Thursday and Thursday evening. Several tornadoes possible over MS and AL, including the risk for strong tornadoes. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-22, I-24, I-40, I-55, I-59, I-65, I-69, I-85 potentially impacted.
