— Central, east-central and northeast NV: Flood Advisories and Watches in effect through late night. I-80, US-50 potentially impacted.
Mountain:
— Central, east-central ID: Dense Fog Advisories through early afternoon.
— Portions of central and northeast UT: Flood Watches through this evening. I-15, I-70 potentially impacted.
— West-central and northwest AZ: Flood Watches through this evening. I-40 potentially impacted.
Central:
— North-central and the Arrowhead of MN: Heavy rains Thursday and Thursday night. Some potential for flash flooding.
— Northeast, central and south-central SD; north-central and southwest NE: Isolated severe thunderstorms possible this afternoon and evening. Damaging wind gusts are the main threat from these storms. I-29, I-80, I-90 potentially impacted.
— Eastern NE; central and southwest KS; OK and TX Panhandles: Isolated severe thunderstorms possible this afternoon and evening. Damaging wind gusts are the main threat from these storms. I-27, I-40, I-70, I-80 potentially impacted.
