Eastern:

— Central and southern NJ: Strong winds through this evening. Gusts to 35 mph. Winds slowly decrease starting this afternoon. I-95, NJ Turnpike impacted.

— DE: Strong winds this morning. Gusts to 35 mph. US-13 impacted.

Central and southern NJ coast; coastal DE: Coastal Flood Warnings through this evening. Up to 2 feet of inundation above ground level expected.
