— Northern and central CA Sacramento and northern San Joaquin valleys: Wind gusts up to 30 mph through this evening. Advisories not likely. I-5, I-80, CA-99 impacted.
— Southern CA Los Angeles County Mountains: Wind Advisory through mid-morning. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5 impacted.
Mountain:
— Northwest WY, south-central MT: Winter Storm Warnings through midday today. Total accumulations up to 1-3 feet of snow in the Absaroka, Beartooth and Big Horn Mountains. Wind gusts 25-40 mph.
— North-central CO higher elevations: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon through midday Wednesday. Total accumulations 4-12 inches. I-70 impacted.
— South-central CO and north-central NM: Wind gusts 35-40 mph this afternoon. Advisories unlikely. I-25 impacted.
Central:
— ND, northern SD: Wind Advisories through this evening. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-29, I-94 impacted.
— Northeast MN (Arrowhead), northern WI: Wind Advisory through this afternoon. Gusts to 45 mph. I-35 impacted.
— Northern and central IL; southeast IA; northern and central MO; southeast KS; central and northeast OK; TX Panhandle: Severe thunderstorms with large hail, damaging wind gusts and perhaps a couple of tornadoes are possible late this afternoon and this evening. I-27, I-35, I-39, I-40, I-44, I-55, I-57, I-70, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90 potentially impacted.
— West-central MO; eastern and southeast KS; central and north-central OK: Flash flooding possible this afternoon through late Wednesday night. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. I-35, I-40, I-44, I-70 potentially impacted.
— Central and southwest OK; southern TX Panhandle: Isolated to widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible Wednesday. Large hail and damaging wind gusts are the primary threats. I-27, I-35, I-40, I-44 potentially impacted.
Eastern:
— Western and Central MI Upper Peninsula: Wind Advisory late this morning through early this evening. Gusts to 45 mph. US-2, MI-28 impacted.
— Most of MI Lower Peninsula; northern IN: Severe thunderstorms with large hail, damaging wind gusts and perhaps a couple of tornadoes are possible late this afternoon and this evening. I-65, I-69, I-75, I-80, I-90, IN Toll Rd, I-94, I-96 potentially impacted.
— Much of western and northern NY; northern and western PA; central OH: Isolated to widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible Wednesday. Large hail and damaging wind gusts are the primary threats. I-70, I-71, I-77, I-79, I-80, I-81, I-88, NY Thruway potentially impacted.
