— Northern CA Shasta Valley: High Wind Watch Thursday morning through Friday morning. Gusts to 60 mph. Includes I-5 between Grenada to Weed. I-5 impacted.
— Along the NV/AZ and CA/AZ Border for the Upper Colorado River Valley, Lake Havasu and Lake Mead Recreation areas: Wind Advisory through this afternoon. Gusts to 50 mph. I-40, US-93, US-95 impacted.
— Southern CA mountains and coastal regions surrounding Los Angeles: Winter Advisory through late this afternoon for Santa Ana winds. Gusts to 50 mph. I-5, I-10, I-15, US-101 impacted.
Mountain:
— Northwest MT along and east of the Rocky Mountain Front: High Wind Warning through midday today. Gusts to 70 mph. I-15 impacted.
— Portions of central and south-central MT: Winter Weather Advisory through this afternoon for blowing and drifting snow. Wind gusts 40-45 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Southeast WY: Wind Chill Warnings this morning. Wind chill values as low as -50 deg F. I-15, I-84 impacted.
— Southeast WY: High Wind Warning through Wednesday afternoon. Gusts to 70 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— Central AZ above 5000 feet: Winter Weather Advisory continues through midday today. 1-7 inches snow. I-17, I-40 impacted.
— Much of eastern NM: Freezing Fog Advisories this morning. I-25, I-40 impacted.
Central:
— Most of interior TX from east of Dallas and San Antonio to west of the I-10/I-20 split; central and eastern OK; southern AR; northern LA: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through early Thursday morning. Freezing rain and sleet continue. Ice accumulations 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I-10, I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-45 impacted.
— West-central, central and east-central AR; western TN and adjacent northwest MS: ICE STORM Warnings continue through midday Wednesday. Additional ice accumulation of 1/10 to 1/3 inch expected, along with some sleet. I-30, I-40, I-55 impacted.
— Northern AR; western and central KY; central TN: Winter Weather Advisories today. One more round of sleet and freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations less than 1/4 inch and sleet accumulations less than 1/10th inch. I-24, I-40, I-65 impacted.
— Northeast TX; southwest AR; north-central and northwest LA: Flash Flood Watch through Thursday afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 1-3 inches possible. Heaviest rains Wednesday afternoon into Thursday. I-20, I-30, I-49 impacted.
— Southern and central LA and adjacent southeast TX; southern MS; southern and east-central AL; FL Panhandle: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-55, I-59, I-65, I-85 impacted.

— West-central NY downwind of Lake Ontario: Winter Weather Advisory through this afternoon for lake effect snow. Additional accumulations up to 3-6 inches. I-81, I-90 / NY Thruway impacted.
— Eastern KY; much of NC and SC; GA; northern FL and much of the FL Gulf Coast: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today. Major highways impacted include I-10, I-16, I-20, I-26, I-40, I-73, I-75, I-77, I-81, I-85, I-95.
