— Western WA and northwest OR: Flood Watches through Wednesday morning for excessive rainfall. I-5, I-84, I-90, US-101 potentially impacted.
— Western WA including Puget Sound; western OR: High Wind Warnings and Advisories this afternoon through tonight. Wind gusts 50-70 mph. Strongest winds over exposed coastal headlands; much less in sheltered valleys. I-5, I-84, I-90, US-101 impacted.
— Central and southeast WA; north-central OR: High Wind Warnings and Advisories midday today and tonight. I-82, I-84, I-90, US-395 impacted.
— East-central and southeast WA; northern ID: Flood Advisories through this afternoon. Some flooding already occurring from a combination of snow melt and excessive rainfall. I-90 potentially impacted.
— WA and OR Cascades: Winter Weather Advisories above 2500 feet this morning through Wednesday morning. Snow accumulations generally 5-12 inches and wind gusts to 65 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Southern, southeast and east-central OR and adjacent southwest ID; central and northern CA; west-central, northwest and northern NV: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Gusts 50-70 mph. I-5, I-80, I-84, US-50, US-101, US-395 impacted.
— CA Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Storm Warnings through Wednesday morning. Up to 1-3 feet of snow at the higher pass levels. Wind gusts to 70 mph. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— Portions of the central and northern CA coasts: Flood Advisories and Watches through this evening for excessive rainfall. US-101, CA-1 impacted.
— East-central CA Mariposa foothills and Yosemite Valley: Flood Watch through this evening for excessive rainfall.
— East-central NV: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon through Wednesday morning. 1-5 inches snow in the valleys and 10-18 inches in the mountains. US-50 impacted.
— Southern CA Mojave Desert and portions of southern NV: Wind Advisories this afternoon through Wednesday morning. Gusts 45-50 mph. I-15 impacted.
Mountain:
— Northwest MT east of the Rocky Mountain Front, portions of central MT: High Wind Warnings and Watches today and Wednesday. Gusts 60-70 mph. I-15 impacted.
— South-central MT Beartooth Foothills and Livingston area: Wind Advisory this morning through midday today. Gusts to 65 mph. I-90 impacted.
— West-central ID: Wind Advisory through this evening. Gusts to 60 mph.
— Much of eastern, central and southeast WY; portions of central CO along the Front Range; portions of north-central and south-central NM: High Wind Warnings and Watches today and tonight. Gusts 70-85 mph. I-25, I-70, I-80 impacted.
— Northwest MT and adjacent ID; southwest MT; central ID; western WY; northeast, north-central central and southwest UT; most of western CO and north-central NM: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today and Wednesday. Accumulations will range from 5 inches in the valleys to 1-3 feet in the mountains. Wind gusts 50-70 mph will be common. I-15, I-25, I-70, I-80, I-84, I-90 impacted.
— Portions of northern, central and eastern AZ; four-corners region of AZ, NM, CO, UT: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories above 6500 feet this evening through Wednesday night. 3-10 inches snow and wind gusts to 55 mph. I-17, I-40 impacted.

— Much of WI; southern MN; IA; eastern KS; northwest MO; central and northeast OK; northwest TX: Strong winds midday today and this afternoon gusting 30-40 mph. I-27, I-35, I-39, I-40, I-43, I-44, I-70, I-80, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Northern TX and TX Panhandle; OK; eastern KS; MO; northern AR; central and southern IL: Strong winds Wednesday afternoon gusting 35-50 mph. I-20, I-27, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-55, I-57, I-64, I-70, I-72 impacted.
Eastern:
— Eastern MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisory for this afternoon and tonight. 2-5 inches snow and wind gusts to 35 mph. I-75 impacted.
— Western NY vicinity and south of Buffalo: Winter Weather Advisories through early this afternoon. An additional 3-5 inches lake effect snow in the most persistent snow bands. I-90 / NY Thruway impacted.
— Northwest NY downwind of Lake Ontario: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through this afternoon. Up to 4-8 inches of additional lake effect snow. I-81 impacted.
