Pacific:

— Central CA San Joaquin Valley: Excessive Heat Warnings through this evening. High temperatures 102-107 deg F. I-5, CA-99 impacted.

Mountain:

— Eastern MT: High Wind Warnings through this evening. Gusts to 60 mph. I-94 impacted.

— Eastern WY, bounded by I-25 to the west and I-90 to the north: Strong winds this afternoon. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-25, I-90 impacted.

— Northern AZ lower elevations of Glen Canyon and Grand Canyon: Excessive Heat Warnings through Thursday evening. High temperatures range between 108-114 deg F.

Central:

— Much of southern ND; western and central SD: High Wind Warnings (northwest SD) and Advisories through this evening. Wind gusts 50-60 mph. I-90, I-94 impacted.

— Northwest NE: Strong winds this afternoon. Gusts to 35 mph. I-80 on the southern boundary of these strong winds.

— Northeast ND; northern and northeast MN; northern and central WI: Widely scattered thunderstorms possible today and tonight. Severe wind gusts and large hail are the primary threats. I-29, I-35, I-39, I-43, I-94 potentially impacted.

— Most of OK; central and northeastern TX; northern LA; most of AR; northwest MS; western TN: Excessive Heat Warnings through Wednesday. Heat index values greater than 110 deg F.

Eastern:

— MI Upper Peninsula: Widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible today and tonight. Very strong winds and large hail are the primary threats.

— Most of OH; southeast IN; north-central KY: Widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible Wednesday. Damaging winds gusts are the main threat. I-64, I-70, I-71, I-74, I-75, I-76, I-77, I-80/90/OH Turnpike potentially impacted.
