Pacific:
— CA San Joaquin Valley: Excessive Heat Warning today and Wednesday. High temperatures 104-108 deg F. I-5, CA-99 impacted.
— East-central WA: Excessive Heat Warning today through Friday. High temperatures upper 90’s to 105 deg F. I-90 impacted.
Mountain:
— Central and south-central CO; north-central NM: Flood Watches through tonight from monsoon storms. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. I-25 potentially impacted.
Central:
— Southwest Texas: Flash Flood Warnings this morning for parts of Brewster, Pecos and Terrell Counties; Flood Watches through this evening. A tropical disturbance moved onshore Sunday and continues to bring heavy rain to the region as it moves slowly westward. Up of 5 inches of rain have fallen in some locations. If you are in a Flood Warning or Flood Advisory, move to higher ground. Do not drive or tow through or across flooded roadways. I-10 and the I-10/I-20 split potentially impacted.
— Southern coastal TX: Chance for another tropical disturbance to move onshore this weekend, bringing more heavy rain and flooding potential to the region. I-2, I-37, I-69E potentially impacted.
— North-central IA: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-35 impacted.
— Northern and eastern MO: Heavy rains and thunderstorms this morning. Be alert for developing flash flooding. I-44, I-70 potentially impacted.
— Southeast AR, northeast LA, west-central MS: Excessive Heat Warning today. Heat index values as high as 115 deg F. I-20 impacted.
— East-central AL: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-20, I-59, I-65 impacted.
Eastern:
— Coastal MA, coastal NH and much of ME: Summertime nor’easter brings rain and strong winds, especially to ME, on Wednesday. Wind gusts 30-40 mph along the coast. I-95 impacted.
