— North-central and northeast WA: Flood Watches in effect from this afternoon through Wednesday evening for excessive rainfall.
— Eastern and southern NV: Flood Advisories and Watches in effect through Wednesday night. I-15, I-80, US-50 potentially impacted.
Mountain:
— Southwest, central and northeast UT along the I-15 corridor: Flood Watches through late tonight. I-15, I-70, I-80 potentially impacted.
— Northwest AZ: Flood Watches through Wednesday night.
— Much of western, north-central and parts of southeast NM: Flood Watches this afternoon and evening. I-25, I-40 potentially impacted.
Central:
— Western and central ND: Strong winds Wednesday morning and midday. Gusts to 35 mph. I-94 impacted.
Eastern:
— Northwest PA: Dense Fog Advisory this morning.
— Northern and eastern NY; VT; NH; MA; CT; RI; southern ME: Thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, hail, and a tornado or two, are possible today, especially this afternoon and evening. Greatest risk for severe weather is in upstate eastern NY, central and southern VT, southwest NH, and western MA. Major highways potentially impacted include I-84, I-87, I-88, I-89, I-91, I-93, I-95, Mass Pike and NY Thruway.
