** Heads Up ** Severe weather with tornadoes will move east and southeast from northern Texas into the Lower Mississippi Valley later today and tonight. Blizzard and Ice Storm conditions continue across the Western and Northern Plains through Wednesday night. RV travel in the Mid-Atlantic and East Thursday and Friday will be impacted by freezing rain and significant snow.

Pacific:

— Southeast WA and adjacent north-central OR: Freezing Fog Advisory through early this afternoon. I-82, I-84, US-395 impacted.

Mountain:

North-central UT: Winter Storm Warnings continue today in and around the Wasatch Range. Additional accumulations of 3-6 inches snow likely. I-80 impacted.

Eastern MT; central WY; north-central and northwest CO: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through tonight. Total snow accumulations 5-16 inches. Wind gusts 35-40 mph. I-25, I-70, I-80, I-94 impacted.

Southeast MT; eastern WY; northwest CO: BLIZZARD Warnings continue through tonight. An additional 10-20 inches of snow with wind gusts reaching 60 mph likely. I-25, I-70, I-76, I-80 highly impacted.

Much of eastern CO and adjacent far-west KS: High Wind Warnings through this evening. Gusts to 65 mph. I-70 impacted.

Much of north-central, eastern and southeast NM; far-west TX: High Wind Warnings (north-central NM) and Advisories today. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-10, I-25, I-40 impacted.

Central:

ND; central SD; central and northern MN: Winter Storm Warnings through early Thursday morning for a combination of snow, freezing rain and wind. Snow accumulation will range from 8-14 inches in the western regions to 4-8 inches in the east. Greater amounts of freezing rain over MN. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-29, I-35, I-90, I-94 impacted.

Western SD; western and north-central NE: BLIZZARD Warnings continue through early Thursday morning. Total snow accumulations 8-22 inches with wind gusts 50-60 mph. I-80, I-90 highly impacted.

Eastern SD; southwest MN and adjacent northwest IA: ICE STORM Warnings today. Combination of 1/4 inch ice, 5-9 inches snow and wind gusts to 40 mph. I-29, I-90 impacted.

— Northwest WI: Winter Weather Advisory this evening through Wednesday: 1-3 inches of snow and sleet with wind gusts to 45 mph. I-94 impacted.

— North-central and northeast WI; western MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Storm Watches Wednesday morning through Thursday morning for the potential for heavy snow, freezing rain and winds gusting to 40 mph. US-2, US-8, US-141 potentially impacted.

— Western TX: Wind Advisories this afternoon. Gusts to 40 mph. I-10, I-20 impacted.

Northern TX; adjacent south-central OK: TORNADO Watch through 11 a.m. CT. A number of tornado warnings have already been issued in this area. Wind gusts to 70 mph and hail up to 2 inches in diameter are possible. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-44 potentially impacted.

Central KS: Wind Advisory late this morning through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-35, I-70 impacted.

— Most of IA; adjacent southeast MN: Wind Advisories today and this evening. Gusts to 45 mph. I-35, I-80, I-90 impacted.

Southeast KS; northeast OK; southwest MO: Wind Advisories through midday today. Gusts to 50 mph. I-44 impacted.

Southeast OK; eastern TX; southern AR; LA; central, west-central and southwest MS: Severe thunderstorms capable of tornadoes, some likely strong, as well as damaging wind gusts and large hail, are possible today and tonight. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-30, I-45, I-49, I-55, I-59 potentially impacted.

Southern and southeast LA; central and southern MS; central and southern AL; FL Panhandle: Severe thunderstorms capable of tornadoes, some likely strong, as well as damaging wind gusts and large hail, are possible Wednesday and Wednesday night. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-49, I-55, I-59, I-65 potentially impacted.

— Southern LA and adjacent MS: Flood Watches through Wednesday evening due to excessive rainfall. I-10, I-12, I-49, I-55, I-59 potentially impacted.

Eastern:

Central PA; western MD; eastern WV and adjacent northwest VA: Winter Storm Watches Wednesday evening through Friday morning for a combination of snow and freezing rain. Up to 4 inches snow south of I-80 and 4-8 inches north of I-80. Up to 1/4 inch ice from freezing rain. Wind gusts to 40 mph on exposed ridge lines. I-64, I-68, I-70, I-76, I-80, I-81, I-99, PA Turnpike potentially impacted.
