  • Tropical disturbance moving through the southeastern Caribbean Sea should remain well south of the U.S.

— Central and western ND; northern and central SD: Freeze Warnings tonight and Friday morning. Low temperatures in the upper teens (ND) to mid 20’s (SD).

—Northeast FL Inland Flagler and eastern Putnam Counties: Coastal Flood Warning through Friday morning. US-1, FL-11, FL-100 impacted.
