Pacific:

North-central and northeast OR; southeast WA: Wind Advisory late this evening through Friday morning. Gusts to 50 mph. I-84 impacted.

Southeast WA and northeast OR Blue Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory late this evening through Friday evening. 4-8 inches snow expected. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-84 impacted.

— Parts of northeast NV: Freezing Fog Advisory through late this morning. I-80 impacted.

— CA much of the San Joaquin Valley: Dense Fog Advisory through late this morning. I-5, CA-99 impacted.

— Southeast and interior southern CA from the Mojave desert to the Mexican border: Wind Advisories this evening through this evening. Gusts 40-45 mph. I-10, I-15, I-40 impacted.

Southern CA from the Los Angeles County mountains south and east to San Diego County: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Gusts to 60 mph. Strongest winds this morning. I-5, I-8, I-10, I-15, US-101 impacted.

Mountain:

North-central ID; much of western, central and south-central MT; north-central WY; much of southeast ID and western WY: Winter Storm Watches this evening through Saturday. Snow accumulations generally 5-10 inches on the valley floors and 1-2 feet in the mountains and passes. I-15, I-90, I-94 impacted.

Parts of northwest, north-central and northeast MT; south-central MT: High Wind Warnings through this evening. Gusts 60-65 mph. I-15, I-90, I-94 impacted.

Northeast WY and far west-central SD Black Hills: Winter Weather Advisories late this morning through late tonight. 2-5 inches snow. I-90 impacted.

Southeast WY: High Wind Warnings late this morning through Friday evening. Gusts to 65 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

South-central WY and north-central CO: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories late this afternoon though Saturday. 2-8 inches snow on the high plains and 1-2 feet of snow in the mountains. Wind gusts to 60 mph will create extensive blowing and drifting of snow and near white-out conditions. I-80 impacted.

— Northwest UT: Dense Fog Advisory through late this morning. I-80 impacted.

Central:

Most of western and central ND and SD: Wind Advisories this evening through Friday morning. Gusts 50-55 mph. I-90, I-94 impacted.

Eastern ND; northwest MN; northeast SD: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon through midday Friday. 1-2 inches of snow and wind gusts 40-50 mph. I-29, I-94 impacted.

South-central and southeast SD; north-central and northeast NE; parts of northwest IA: Winter Storm Watch Friday evening through Saturday afternoon. Potential for 4-7 inches snow and wind gusts to 35 mph. I-29 potentially impacted.

Eastern:

MI Lower Peninsula along the Lake Michigan shoreline; north-central IN: Winter Weather Advisory through late tonight. 1-3 inches snow likely. I-80/90/IN Toll Road, I-94, I-196, US-31 impacted.

— Southeast KY along the VA border: Winter Weather Advisory through midnight tonight. 1-2 inches snow above 2000 feet.

Northeast OH; northwest PA; adjacent western NY along Lake Erie south of Buffalo: Winter Weather Advisory through Friday morning. 4-8 inches lake affect snow. Wind gusts to 30 mph this morning. I-71, I-77, I-79, I-86, I-90, NY Thruway impacted.

— Parts of south-central and southwest PA; much of east-central and southeast WV; far-western MD: Winter Storm Warnings (MD) and Advisories through tonight. 2-4 inches snow except 4-8 inches in MD along I-68. Wind gusts 45-50 mph, especially this morning. I-64, I-68, I-70/76 ,I-79, US-50, US-219, PA Turnpike impacted.

Western MD; parts of northeast and east-central WV: Wind Advisory through early this afternoon. Gusts to 50 mph. I-68, US-50 impacted.

Northern NY north of the Mohawk and Hudson Valleys; VT; NH and ME except along the coast: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through this evening. A mixture of snow and freezing rain continues. Additional accumulations of 1-3 inches snow and up to 1/10th inch of ice. I-81, I-87, I-89, I-91, I-93, I-95 impacted.

RI, southeast MA (excluding Cape Cod), coastal NH and coastal ME: Flood Watches and Advisories continue through this morning for excessive rainfall. I-95 potentially impacted.

— MA Cape Cod: Wind Advisory through this evening. Gusts to 45 mph. US-6 impacted.

— Coastal DownEast ME: High Wind Warning through late this morning. Gusts to 60 mph.
