— Interior southern CA from the Apple and Lucerne Valleys southward to the San Diego County deserts: Flood Watches today and tonight from monsoon storms. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. I-8, I-10, I-15 potentially impacted.


— Northwest and west-central MT: Flood Watches continue through early morning Friday for excessive rainfall. I-15, I-90 potentially impacted.


— Extreme southeast TX; central LA; southern and central MS; west-central and southwest AL and adjacent far-western FL Panhandle: Flood Watches for excessive rainfall continue in effect through this evening. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-49, I-5, I-59, I-65 potentially impacted.


— Eastern NY; most of VT, NH, MA, CT: Strong to severe thunderstorms possible Friday. I-84, I-87, I-89, I-91, I-93, I-95, NY Thruway, Mass Pike potentially impacted.
