— Portions of west-central and southwest WA: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today. I-5 impacted.
— South-central WA; parts of north-central and northeast OR: Freezing Fog Advisories through midday today. I-84, I-90 impacted.
— Northwest OR and adjacent southwest WA: Wind Advisory through Friday morning. Gusts to 50 mph in the greater Portland Metro area. I-5, I-84 impacted.
— Northwest OR western Columbia River Gorge: High Wind Warning through Friday morning. Gusts to 60 mph. Higher gusts on exposed ridge lines. I-84 impacted.
— Southern CA north and northwest of Los Angeles: Wind Advisory through midday today. Gusts to 40 mph except 50 mph in the mountains. I-5, I-10, US-101 impacted.
Mountain:
— Portions of south-central and southwest ID: Dense and Freezing Fog Advisories this morning. I-84, I-86 impacted.
— Portions of western and central MT: Winter Weather Advisories through midday today for blowing and drifting snow. I-15, I-90 impacted.
— South-central and southwest MT; north-central and northeast WY: Winter Weather Advisories through midday. 1-2 inches additional accumulation and wind gusts to 40 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Eastern MT: Wind gusts to 45 mph Friday afternoon. I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Southeast WY; north-central CO along and west of the I-25 corridor: Winter Storm Warnings (west of Cheyenne) and Advisories through Friday morning. Accumulations will range from 2-6 inches east of the Rockies to 6-10 inches in the higher terrain. I-25, I-76, I-80 impacted.
Central:
— Most of ND; northern SD: Winter Weather Advisories today. Snow accumulations 1-2 inches with wind gusts to 45 mph. I-94 impacted.
— Western ND; northwest SD: Wind gusts 40-50 mph Friday afternoon. I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Western SD Northern Black Hills: Winter Storm Warning through this afternoon. 3-8 inches snow. I-90 impacted.
— Western SD east of the Black Hills: Wind Advisory through this evening. Gusts to 55 mph. I-90 impacted.
— North-central and northwest WI; western MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through Friday morning for lake effect snows. Widely variable accumulations, but up to 8-18 inches over the higher terrain of the far-western UP. US-2, MI-28 impacted.
Eastern:
— Western and central MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through Saturday morning for lake effect snow. Accumulations will range from 2-7 inches to 8-14 inches in favored locations, especially southwest MI. I-69, I-75, I-94, I-96, I-196, US-131 impacted.
— Northeast OH; northwest PA; Western NY downwind of Lakes Erie and Ontario: Lake Effect Snow Warnings and Advisories through Saturday. Accumulations will range from 3-5 inches in OH, 4-7 inches in PA and 1-3 feet in NY. Winds gusting to 35 mph. I-79, I-81, I-90, NY Thruway highly impacted.
