Pacific:
— North-central and northwest WA; northern ID: Flood Watches late this evening through Monday evening for excessive rainfall.
— Southern CA Mojave Desert Slopes: Wind Advisory this afternoon through Monday morning. Gusts to 50 mph. CA-58 impacted.
— Southern and eastern NV: Strong winds gusting 30-40 mph this afternoon and again Monday afternoon. I-15, I-80 impacted.
Mountain:
— Central and western UT, northwest AZ: Strong winds gusting 30-45 mph this afternoon and again Monday afternoon. Strongest winds Sunday and Monday afternoons. I-15, I-40, I-70, I-80, I-84 impacted.
— Western WY: Strong winds gusting 30-40 mph this afternoon and early evening. I-80 impacted.
— Southern, central and eastern MT; northeast WY: Scattered severe thunderstorms are expected late this afternoon and evening. These storms may produce severe wind gusts. I-15, I-25, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Southern, central and eastern MT: Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible on Monday. Strong wind gusts and hail are the main threats. I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
Central:
— Southern ND; SD; west-central MN; central and western NE: Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible today, and may produce damaging wind gusts and large hail. I-29, I-80, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Southwest ND; western and central SD: Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible on Monday. Strong wind gusts and hail are the main threats. I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Southeast MN; northeast and east-central IA; southern WI; northern IL: Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible on Monday. Strong wind gusts and hail are the main threats. Major highways potentially impacted include I-35, I-39, I-43, I-80, I-88, I-90
Eastern:
— Tropical Storm Colin has dissipated off of the NC coast. Apart from some lingering rough surf, no further impacts expected.
