Pacific:
— Central WA Kittitas Valley: Wind Advisory this afternoon and evening. Gusts 45-50 mph. I-82, I-90 impacted.
— Northeast OR and adjacent southeast WA: Flood Watch through this afternoon for excessive rainfall. I-84 potentially impacted.
— South WA and OR Cascade Mountains above 4500 feet continue through midday today: Winter Weather Advisory for wet snow. Additional accumulations of 2-6 inches possible. Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
— Northeast NV above 4500 feet: Winter Weather Advisory through midday Monday. 4-8 inches of snow and gusts to 45 mph. I-80 impacted.
— South-central NV: Wind Advisory today for gusts to 45 mph.
— Southern CA South-Sierra eastern slopes and Owens Valley: Wind Advisory through late this evening. Wind gusts to 45 mph. US-395 impacted.
— Coastal Southern CA San Louis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties: Wind Advisory this afternoon and evening. Gusts to 45 mph. Highest winds along the immediate coast. US-101 impacted.
— Interior Southern CA Mojave Desert and adjacent southern NV: Wind Advisory through late this evening. Winds gusting 50-60 mph. I-8, I-10, I-15, I-40, CA-58 impacted.
Mountain:
— Central ID above 7000 feet: Winter Weather Advisories until midday Monday. Up to 5-10 inches of wet snow expected.
— Northwest WY, south-central MT: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through midday Tuesday. Significant snow above 8000 feet. 6-10 inches over the Tetons and up to 1-3 feet of snow likely in the Absaroka, Beartooth and Big Horn Mountains. Wind gusts to 35 mph.
— Northeast UT: Winter Weather Advisories through Monday evening above 7500 feet in the Wasatch and Unita Mountains. I-80 impacted.
— Most of northern and central AZ; southeast UT; southeast CO; southern NM and extreme western TX: Wind Advisories late this morning through this evening. Gusts 45-50 mph. I-10, I-15, I-25, I-40 impacted.
Central:
— North-central MN: Flood Watch through Tuesday morning due to excessive rainfall. I-35 potentially impacted.
— Most of southern MN; adjacent west-central WI: Severe Thunderstorm Watch through early this afternoon. Wind gusts to 70 mph, tennis ball-sized hail and a couple of tornadoes all possible. I-25, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Much of MN; eastern and southern SD; NE; northwest IA: Scattered severe thunderstorms are likely today and tonight. Wind gusts of 60 to 85 mph and hailstones of greater than 2 inches in diameter will be possible from northern NE northeastward into southwest and central MN. I-29, I-35, I-80, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Eastern ND; central and eastern SD; MN; north-central and eastern NE; western and central IA; northeast MO; central and eastern KS; north-central OK: Scattered severe thunderstorms are forecast on Monday and Monday night. Large to giant hail, 60-80 mph gusts, and several tornadoes are probable, including the possibility for a couple of intense long-track tornadoes over parts of the Upper Midwest. I-29, I-35, I-70, I-80, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
