— Eastern ND: Strong winds Monday afternoon. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-29, I-94 impacted.
— Most of MN, northwest WI: Widely scattered strong and severe thunderstorms this evening and early tonight. Primary threats are damaging winds and hail, but a tornado or two is also possible. I-35, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
Eastern:
— Southern portion of DELMARVA Peninsula (MD and VA): Dense Fog Advisory this morning. US-13 impacted.
