— South-central WA Kittitas and Yakima Valleys; OR/WA border lower Columbia Basin: Winter Weather Advisories starting mid-morning today for freezing rain and ice accumulations. I-82, I-84 impacted.
— Northwest OR greater Portland metro area and central Willamette Valley: Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-5, I-84 impacted.
— Central and southern coastal OR; portions of northwest CA: High Wind Watches and Advisories Monday evening through Tuesday morning. Wind gusts 50-70 mph. Highest winds expected along exposed coastal headlands. I-5 (CA) US-101 impacted.
— Portions of northwest CA: Flood Watches Monday evening through Tuesday morning for excessive rainfall. US-101, CA-1 potentially impacted.
— CA northern and central Sierra Nevada and east of the Sierras; adjacent west-central and northwest NV: High Wind Watches Monday evening through Tuesday. Wind gusts 60-65 mph except 65-85 mph in the higher elevations of the Sierra Nevada. I-80, US-50, US-395 impacted.
— CA central and southern Sierra Nevada and east to the NV border: Winter Storm Watches Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. 8-24 inches snow possible with wind gusts to 70 mph. Snow levels start high but lower to pass level by Tuesday afternoon. I-80, US-50, US-395 impacted.
— CA Sacramento, San Joaquin Valleys, Delta and North Bay areas: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today. I-5, I-80, CA-99 impacted.
Mountain:
— Western MT; north-central ID: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continues this morning. Another inch or two of snow along with sleet and freezing rain. I-15, I-90 impacted.
— Central ID: Winter Storm Watch Monday evening through Tuesday evening. Heavy valley rains and mountain snows. Snow accumulations will range from 2-6 inches in the valleys to 10-20 inches above 6500 feet. Wind gusts to 50 mph.
— Southwest MT: High Wind Watch late Monday night through Tuesday evening. Gusts to 65 mph possible. I-15 impacted.
— Central and north-central MT: High Wind Warning continues through this morning. Gusts to 60 mph. I-15 impacted.
— Northeast and eastern MT: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today for blowing snow and wind gusts 40-55 mph. I-94 impacted.
