— Eastern WA and adjacent western and northern ID; northern and northwest OR; southwest OR and adjacent northern CA: Excessive Heat Watch Monday through Friday. High temperatures in the upper 90’s and lower 100’s. I-5, I-82, I-84, I-90 impacted.
Mountain:
— Southern, central and northwest AZ: Flood Watches this afternoon through late Tuesday night for monsoonal thunderstorms. I-8, I-10, I-17, I-40 potentially impacted.
— CO Front Range: Flash Flood Watch this afternoon and tonight. I-25, I-70 potentially impacted.
— Portions of east-central CO: Flood Watch this afternoon and tonight for slow-moving thunderstorms. I-70 potentially impacted.
Central:
— Northeast and east-central OK: Excessive Heat Warning (today) and Watch (Monday): High temperatures 105-111 deg F. I-40, I-44 impacted.
— Northeast IL and adjacent northwest IN: Flood Watch continues through midday today for excessive rainfall. I-55, I-57, I-65, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
Eastern:
— Northeast and east-central IN; southeast MI; northern and central OH; western, central and north-central PA; western and northern NY; central and northern VT; northern NH; northern ME: Severe thunderstorms expected to develop by late this afternoon. Damaging wind gusts are the main threats, along with the potential for a couple of tornadoes. I-65, I-70, I-71, I-74, I-75, I-76, I-79, I-80, I-81, I-87, I-88, I-89, I-90, I-91, I-93, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Southeast PA and adjacent NJ: Excessive Heat Warning through this evening. Heat index values up to 105 deg F. I-76, I-95, PA Turnpike and NJTP impacted.
— MA; CT; RI; southeastern NY including Long Island; NJ; southeast PA; DE; central and eastern MD; DC; northern VA: Scattered severe thunderstorms possible Monday. Damaging wind gusts are the primary threat. Major highways impacted include I-64, I-66, I-70, I-80, I-81, I-83, I-84, I-87, I-95, NJTP, NY Thruway, Mass Pike.
